"Although I eventually received the phone I ordered in something like the condition described, it ended up taking much longer than advertised and coming from a different company. I think they just ordered it online and had it shipped to my address. The order slip showed a lower price than I paid, so they just pocketed the difference. I have not gotten anything out of customer service and my last Email could not be delivered because their mailbox was full.
Some other problems with the order:
* Customer service never responded to pre-sale questions.
* It took 6 days from order to shipment, even through they promise two days.
* The phone was suppose to be in "New" condition, but showed signs of use and had some damage.
* I ordered a case with the phone and that has not arrived, nor is there any sign of it being shipped.
* When I Emailed them about the missing case, the Email bounced with a "mailbox full" error.
Followup: I was finally contacted by customer support after posting my review. They offered to replace my phone with one in the promised like-new condition or provide a partial refund. They also gave me a refund for the case that was never delivered. They evidently had "technical" problems that prevented them from receiving Emails during the time I was trying to contact customer support.
If you decide to go with them, I hope your experience is better than mine."

I ordered on Nov. 5th, on Nov. 9th I was given a tracking number for my shipment, but for a week USPS did not show the package as actually shipped. Sound familiar? I exchanged emails with a kind person many times. Just as all the others it was blamed on USPS. How many problems have you had with USPS? Update: I had to open a case with PayPal. Nothing delivered today Nov. 20th. I received a phone call from a male at devices-now.com yesterday after opening the case with PayPal. He swore and cursed at me after I refused his offer to send me an otter box. He actually called me nasty names I've never been called before in my five decades of life. After writing this review I got a call from Device Now on 10/16. They offered me credit against my invoice and tried to rectified the issue. I am glad that their customer service was quick to resolve the issues. This credit was more or less in line with what I might have paid for the product elsewhere.
As I mentioned in my review that I received my package relatively faster so I was happy with the shipping part. I would give them a try again in future.

Despite of reading other bad reviews I thought of giving them a try.
I ordered on 10/08/15 and wasn't expecting anything before 14 days.
I received a tracking number on 10/09/15 which was of no use as one cannot track anything from it. It is just created to give you a false hope that your ordered has been processed. I tried tracking my package through that tracking but every time it was same message that a label has been created.
Since it was mentioned in the terms and condition that it will take 14 days so I wasn't going to contact them. However, today, 10/15/15, I received my package.
I was very disappointed when I opened the package as it was an old phone instead of mint condition phone which I ordered. All the scratches were visible at the back and it looked like front screen was replaced as well.
Had I known I would have ordered it from some other seller. Also if I wanted an old phone I would have paid the price accordingly. Not only this all the accessories that came in the package were all shady local products. I had to check authenticity of this iPhone on Apple website.
I read other reviews and one thing that was common is that instead of improving service they just provide same old explanation that it is USPS' fault because of delay in service.
Please try to improve your service, not only it will help you in winning new business but also your customers would be thankful rather than writing such reviews. "
"WARNING- don’t order from them – read all the bad reviews. Excuses and lies is what you can expect if you do order from Devices-Now. When making a order Devises-Now will pay for a shipping label and are issued a tracking number so when you check the tracking number it show a pre-shipment Info sent to USPS.
The pre-shipping info is only information notifying the post office they paid for a shipping label but they do not actually physically deliver it to the post office.
They hold you item as long as they want and when you call they will tell you it’s the post office that lost or shipped it to the wrong location. Once they did ship my order the post office did ship it to the wrong location. But I ordered it on 19 Sep 15, and did not receive it until 5 Oct 15, Sixteen days later I received my cell phone.
It was 12 days from the time they claimed they shipped the item until the post office actually received it. Once the post office did receive it (even thought it did go to the wrong location) it only took 5 days.
I paid through PayPal so when I told them I filed a complaint with PayPal my phone was found. Sixteen days I had to wait, some customers never got their phone per reviews. I made the mistake of not checking the review, please don’t make the same mistake.
