"Complete and utter disaster. We ordered a PC beginning of March, waited 3+ months patiently for the PC to come in. When it finally came in, it had non stop blue screens happening out of the box. We then sent it back to have them attempt to fix it, turns out the brand new motherboard needed to be replaced. Once they did that (took weeks) it was then sent back to us. Once again once received, we started having blue screens all over again.

At this point, I was done. I asked for a refund, which was denied, and we were offered a option to have a “restocking fee” and the rest would then be refunded. That was originally at $750+ restocking fee. Read that again.. a fee, for a PC, that doesn’t even function properly. This company runs off pure greed and money, they could care less and will give you the runaround over and over. Just read some of the nightmare stories out there.

We ended up doing a charge back on our card from SEVEN MONTHS prior to get all our money back on this flawed product. The cardholder sided with us after giving them all the email exchanges and problems we had. Again, this is a 3-4k build and at the end of the day, and it didn’t work right at all. They DO NOT stand behind their product what so ever. I highly advise you to go with another company or build your own rig. This was seriously the worst experience of a company I’ve ever dealt with and I never even do reviews, but I had to share this one.

Do yourself a favor if you don’t want your money to go to waste, look elsewhere please!"

"From start to finish my buying experience with Digital storm was amazing. They custom built me my dram gaming PC. It took a little longer than the date quoted but that was always a possibility as they state before you purchase that it may take longer because they do not rush things and will only ship out your order when is is complete and exceeds their expectations and mine. It took me a while to be able to finally pull the trigger on such a large purchase and I was nervous about what the end result would be since I spent about $3,000.00 but the folks at Digital Storm kept me in the loop at every stage of development and were there to take my calls 7 day's a week! "I Have had my new Lumos desktop for few weeks and is working and looks awesome. Can't be more pleased so far. This is my 2nd DS desktop and my 1st was a Apollo in 2015 and it's still working great just needed some upgrades so I bought a new DS pc. "I purchased the most expensive “Lynx” that they had, which was still majorly affordable compared to other prebuilt brands… it was also “ready to ship” - I didn’t realize how fast shipping was! Within three days I had a top-of-the-line gaming pc paired with my 1440p 170hz monitor on high-ultra settings with ray tracing on, at 100-120fps on most games… all for under $2000, which came out to around $80 a month! $40 per paycheck is a lot easier to handle for people like me, who are active duty military with less than optimal savings… so much so that a few of my buddies from work are looking at getting one too! If they didn’t offer financing I wouldn’t be playing my games right now so thank you!!!

For reference the system has an RTX 3080, Intel 10700F, 16gb of DDR4, and it can run at 1080p with ray tracing on around 250ish FPS, 1440p with RT at around 160fps, and 4k performance is about 60-100fps with ray tracing…. phenomenal performance. I couldn’t be happier! It even came with full RGB with a remote for free; I didn’t pay for any extra lights and still got a beautifully colorful system!

10/10 shipping as well, delivery was swift and came a day early, and the pc ran flawlessly out of the box- no driver updates or anything necessary! Also I’ve seen some reviews mentioning the lack of Bluetooth…. I’m not sure what they’re talking about because mine came with a WIFI + BT card already installed… so it does come with Bluetooth! "

"I've been a Digital Storm customer since 2008, and I purchased 3 custom gaming PCs from them. I would highly recommend them! Their PCs are fast, beautiful, and well-built. I won't buy a PC anywhere else.

Their customer support is great too. My last Digital Storm PC had a power supply that failed. When it failed, it caused damage to several other components. Digital Storm took the machine back for repairs, replaced all of the damaged parts, and gave the machine back to me quickly. I truly felt like a VIP.
