"I bought from them back in 2012. It was a great machine and a great experience. I decided to purchase another one when my job became too hectic to have the free time to research and build a new pc. I pulled the trigger and it took 4 months to get here. After receiving it, the fans weren't wired up correctly and did not run. No big deal, I fixed it. Then, I started having random restarts and the PSU went belly up. Sent back the power supply and had to pay shipping both ways. I was miffed, but again, no big deal. Used PSU from old pc to hold me over until the new PSU get's here. Still having issues with it restarting in the middle of games. I will not be sending it back, because it takes them too long to take care of business and I don't want to be on the hook for shipping both ways. Maybe my expectations are too high, but I am a bit disappointed."

Solid design which sets them apart from other companies offering gaming systems. Took me weeks of research, reading reviews, browsing several web sites, making phone calls and sending e-mails to those companies. Once I received my (VELOX) opening the shipping box a personal touch was front & center. The Digital Storm builders of my system supplied a (Hand Signed) quality assurance certification. The binder outlined all the process, steps and material put into my system. Once setup I was amazed at the beauty, performance and power. I knew during just the setup I made the right decision. Working on my system for several days now its the best workstation I ever owned. My (VELOX) is saving me time with the speedy Intel Chip-Set, 32GBs RAM, dual RAID (1) Solid State Hard-Drives configuration, Dual RTX 3080 Video Cards with a 1500 Watt power supply. Not including the internal lighting adding a special touch to my work area.

If you want a common system just built off an assembly line than Digital Storm is not for you. If you are looking for a high-end, state of the art workstation then Digital Storm is for you.
