But before you question if your order would take the same time as mine did, let me share with you some details that it would help you decide. Throughout my order stages, I had communication with several agents from Digital Storm, that helped me get my nerves under control. As I said before, it took my order 2 months to be shipped, and took 1 month and a little more to change stage 1. However, don’t get scared. Not every order is the same. Mine was a customized pc, with requests that I added. Not also that but as well the situation that the world is in right now affected the wait time from each stage to change. But apart from that, each pc would not be the same. Maybe yours takes less time than mine, which probably would be the case. Every order depends on what you want. Just remember, everything has a process and Digital Storm just wants for every order to be a rock solid machine. And trust me, if I would have a company like Digital Storms, I would like to give my clients a rock solid machine as well. After all, even if it takes for you to get your order more time that you expected, it would be worth it, and it’ll be just like you expected and even better."

"I had been intending to build a PC to replace my aging one for around a year (this review is being written in 2021 during a global chip shortage). Eventually, I decided it would make the most sense to buy a custom pre-built machine and asked a friend about his experience with Digital Storm. He gave me a glowing review and knowing it was the biggest purchase he'd made in several years I knew he meant it.

There's a possibility that I may be bedridden for several months from a medical procedure so I opted to go for a laptop instead of a full rig for now. I purchased my own laptop through Digital Storm and must say that I agree with him. I have not had any issues so I can't speak as to the support experience (besides to say that they pro-actively engaged me which I think says volumes). The ordering process was awesome, being able to save and revisit different potential configs was very helpful. They also have payment plans available though I decided to purchase mine outright I love that it's an option without specifically having to rely on credit cards. They sent a full overview of each stage of the build and ship process and updated me at every stage so I always felt engaged and to be honest, very hyped. I was impressed with the speed that the parts were sourced and assembled, I had expected it to take at least 2-3 weeks longer than it did (again, global chip shortage) but it all went very quickly. Once the machine arrived it was very simple to get right to it and all of the major drivers were updated the same week I got it so there was nothing for me to do there. The physical aspects are sleek and it's not as thick or heavy as you'd expect, especially with the kind of power behind it, my build is running a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 16GB GPU and it's outperforming 84% of the machines on 3DMark last time I checked, I'm really impressed with the cost basis, especially with how much similar chips are being scalped for (even by literal retailers selling hundreds over MSRP and requiring raffle systems in some cases).

It's been a great experience and I feel it was worth every penny. I'm planning to have my next full PC build done through them as well."

"I've built my own gaming rigs since the late 90's, and to be completely honest, the only reason I didn't do it again was the lack of GPU supply. "When I was thinking about getting a gaming computer all my thoughts went into and trying to understand the components configuration that was out there and what I wanted to spend. I wanted to build one myself but there is so much to know. Speed cost money so how fast do you want to go was my thinking. I’m glad I went through doing all of that but got bogged down in matching all the components to work together. I saw Digital Storm advertisement on TV and decided after all my study, it would be best to find a highly professional company. They seemed to fit the bill so I looked at their website and found it pretty easy to select the setup that I wanted. The prices were competitive even considering doing it myself. So, I took a gamble with Digital Storm. Placed my order online with the best idea that I could come up with. I also contacted them on the phone. We went over my order and were recommended M.2 SSD for speeding up loading startup program data quickest. Believe you me that was a big help. I purchase MSFS2020 and needed a lot of improvement there loading. I give the M.2 SSD credit for big improvements there. I wouldn’t have known that if it were no the help I got from Digital Storm.
So, my order was made. The wait time was not so good. 3 months and a week to get my order. All I could think of is my money was ****. It took 2-1/2 months to start getting the parts into them. Another month to get it together and shipped to me. That was tough. But they kept assuring me because of the short supplies that were going on, were doing everything in their effort and still maintain building a quality unit. The support people were great in reassuring me I could cancel my order and get reimbursed. I changed my graphic card and the M.2 SSD because they were notified that it could take an additional month or two to get parts in for that. I think that ended up better for me. I upgraded those components and now am glad I did.
Now that I have received my order, I am thoroughly impressed with the computer. It takes about 15 seconds to get the computer booted up and a 10th of the time to load MSFS2020. So coming from my 3-1/2-year-old Desktop computer with 16 gigs of ram, 1030 graphics card, i5-7400l, to my new RTX 3070, i9-10900K(which they updated to that from a 10850K, no charge), Intel Z590 motherboard(also by the way they upgraded that from a Z490, no charge), RTX3070. This is a beautiful machine. What can I say but they busted ****. You are an Elite Company. Thank you, Digital Storm!!!!!
