"I ordered a desktop system from Digital Storm after hearing they were good. After my order was placed I saw some negative reviews and got a little nervous. I had expected to have some delays due to component supply issues, but in less than a week after I placed my order I received a noticed that it had passed quality control and was being shipped. Fed Ex had a small hiccup which pushed delivery back 1 day but shipping was still very fast.

I set up my system the day it arrived and wasn't sure what to expect since I ordered a basic, lowest end PC they had. I knew the specs would play the game I play but didn't expect it to be an absolute beast of a machine. The fan is very quiet and keeps the whole system as cool as when I set it up. I tried multitasking with it, and it handled everything I normally do plus more without any hesitation. This is definitely a great value and performs like a more expensive machine."

"I'm grateful these folks expertly crafted such a fine piece of machinery. I mean, this computer is a MACHINE. As a game developer I've struggled with pushing my computer to its limits for years. Now all of the sudden I can actually work on the projects I'm engaged in, like Operation: Black Mesa, without even the slightest hiccup. I was looking at 15 minute loading screens and frequent crashes, but now with his new digital storm pc it's like "oh you want to load up this map? Bloop! There it is!"
I can push software like substance painter and blender to the absolute limits now thanks to the selection of hardware I was able to choose from, and they made it easy on their website to determine what would be a good graphics card or cooling system for example, and financing is a good option that can make such a heavy purchase affordable.
Naturally you can expect delays at this time because recent circumstances have thrown a wrench in manufacturing, but I can't complain, I would've spent just as long if not longer getting the individual parts myself and trying to figure out the best way to assemble them.
Digital Storm also thankfully provides documentation about how to fill up your cooling system on YouTube since that was new to me.
