"Ordered my system back in December. Due to supply shortages didn't receive system until April. First delivery was DOA from shipping. Talked with a tech for several hours troubling shooting but unfortunately had to RMA. The tech, I believe his name was Jose, was very professional and experienced. RMA took about two weeks and when the system was returned it ran perfectly. All in all I am very satisfied with my purchase and experience with customer service and tech support."

"No doubt that it seems to take a long time to get your Computer built from Digital Storm. The wait is worth it. Obviously many customers know that Digital Storm builds an excellent Gaming or Desktop Computer. Hence, their sales are strong which can lead to long wait times for build completion.

Be patient & ensure you make some positive contacts with Digital Storm. You are going to have to wait a few weeks. If there is no movement from Stage 1, make the effort to reach out in a positive manner. Being negative or demanding gets you nowhere in most cases.

"Had to finally invest in a custom workstation as buying towers from big-box stores wasn't cutting it anymore for what I needed. Because of Covid-related delays, the computer I ordered back in January arrived in April but I couldn't be happier.
