"First of all I'm an old timer in the PC business. I worked at IBM in the 80's in labs with PC XT's an PC AT's doing board and peripheral evaluation - so I know a thing or two. I really wanted a gaming PC with an Nvidia 3080 (a Christmas gift for my son). While I planned to build my own PC from parts, I found the 3080 shortage meant I could only get one if I ordered it as a built PC - that's just the way this business works - a shortage means the PC makers get first dibs. I researched my options and decided to give Digital Storm a try based on other positive reviews. It was fairly straightforward to pick the best options from their ordering menu and place the order. Even if I could get a 3080 at retail (which was impossible), their pricing seemed very reasonable, even compared to building my own, which was a pleasant surprise. Once the order was placed (about 4 weeks before Christmas), the website warned me the build process could take awhile. I will say this - it DID take awhile. After 4 weeks of slow movement, I lobbed a chat message into customer support asking for an update - then things started to speed up. Within a couple working days after Christmas, it finally shipped. The PC arrived in perfect working order. The packaging was quite sufficient to protect it, even with some Fedex damage to the box, and all was fine. It booted up immediately - no issues - and my son has been thrilled with the performance (mega frames on all his games) and with how quiet it runs. I would definitely buy from them again. "

"I bought the Lynx level 2. I have considered building a PC myself and could do it cheaper, but not by much. I lacked the confidence to do it myself, but pre-builds have a rap of being questionable. This is not the case with the Lynx. It has the quality parts through and through. It runs the games well, it gives room for upgrading and it came quick. I got mine on Christmas Eve and have been pleased with it. I have a small connection to gaming and felt hypocritical about recommending PC gaming to others while being Console only up to this point.
The one mistake I made during the purchasing process was quickly fixed by customer service. Digital Storm has left a good impression on me!
