"Ordered a lens for my Nikkon camera. During the process of checking delivery date, the guy told me it is a wrong lens that does not fit my camera. He swapt it with one that does with the same price.

The lens arrived as expected for next day delivery.

"I was looking for good quality DSLR camera which is little better then point and shoot.
I was searching and comparing and by doing that i was getting more confused.

I found DigitalOutlets.net. There price and selection are reasonable.
I order Nikon d7100 with Wide angle lenses.
After I placed order, i got call from DigitalOutlets.net and person who called me was Scott.
Scott informed that the lenses i order was made of plastic and don’t match with the camera(By the way I purchased that lenses based on review form internet!). He helped my find right lenses that firs my needs. Not only that , after I have received order he has helped with understanding how I can use my hardware efficiently. If you need to buy electronics item you can call them.. explain them what you need (If you are Pro!) and they will not upsell you but to find right stud that matches with your need. Now on, I will only buy from them and before I buy and call them so I can get professional and courteous help.

They made me feel like the store from my neighborhood where I grew up. Store owner knows you and your family members and they will not screw you but help you purchase right things.

"I am a photographer taking photos weekly if not daily. Here is my experience with Digitaloutlets.net. Placed online order for Canon EOS 60D DSLR Camera (Body Only) on October 4, 2014. My old one broke; time for getting back in business is essential. DigitalOutlets site asked for my email address, but no order confirmation was sent via email. Returned to my account 3 days later to check on status. The status read "requires verification". Called customer service. In 15 minutes of being on hold, a human finally responded: "I'll be right with you; please hold". In another 15 minutes of listening to a recording which informs me that my call will be answered in the order it was received, I finally get to speak to a person.
- Your order was not shipped yet. (Long pause)
- Oh, really?? Thank you for informing me. When will it be shipped?
- Tomorrow.
Not a sound for another week. I am checking online status again to find "Backorder" there. Calling customer service. The rep. informs me that the camera is on “backorder”. He does not answer the question why I was told that it will be shipped the next day after my previous call; he does not see why I am unhappy that there was no “out of stock” mark on their website. He sees nothing wrong with their service, and tells me that I have nothing to be upset about because my credit card was not charged yet. He apologizes anyway with clear irritation in his voice. He tells me that they sent me numerous emails, they must be in my junk folder. I am checking junk mail while on the phone - nothing is there from Digitaloutlets. Then, he tells me that I misspelled my own email address, which is a lie, because I double-checked the spelling when waiting for the first email with order confirmation. Well, I finally pulled out from him that the camera will be available on 10/27. Today is Oct. 15 - let's see what happens... If I decided instead on repairing my camera, I would have it back by the same date - only for half-price. I ordered the new camera to SAVE TIME.
Update: BEWARE - DANGER!!! Today, October 30 I had to file a Police report and call my credit card because I received a threatening phone call from DigitalOutlets.net Here are details:
On October 28, 2014 I called DigitalOutlets again, because I heard nothing from them, and dispite the promise from my previous phonecall, the online status of my order still read "backorder". The Customer Service representative confirmed the Canon EOS 60D DSLR Camera I oredred is still not in stock, and he does not have for me a new date when they will have it. As always, the representative was unfriendly, could not offer any additional info, and offered me cancel the order. When I asked for company's physical location and senior management (headquarters, CEO, owner, or who ever else runs it) contact info, he said that the company is located in Los Angeles, CA, and dictated me the same phone number I diled to speak with him, which is the Customer Service number listed on their website.
Today, a person who introduced himself as Greg Jensen and said that he was in charge of DigitalOutlets.net called with "good news". He said that the Canon EOS 60D came in, and he is ready to ship it to me. BUT... he'll only ship it to me if I take down the negative review I wrote. I said that I am not going to do it, because it truthfully describes my shoping experience with DigitalOutlets,net. I can only add to it a resolution of the story as it developes and ends. After several minutes of arguing, he said that HE WILL NOT SHIP MY ORDER TO ME, and that I WILL BE SORRY FOR NOT TAKING DOWN MY REVIEW AS HE HAS ALL MY PERSONALL INFORMATION. I double-checked with him that I understand him right, and he is threatening me. His response was "YES". So, I had to call the police and my bank... The polite response to my review appeared here couple minutes after we got off the phone.

"** Complete Scam** ,5 months and 5 days since i ordered a Nikon d800E and still waiting for UPS to show up .Every time i call i wait on hold for at least 20 minutes then got transferred to a voice mail,or a message saying the store is close during their open hours,spoke to a guy he said his name is Greg and he just just an operator when i tried to explain him my situation he hung up on me . they provided a wrong UPS tracking number and never had the chance to speak to someone who can help me .I left at least 10 voice mails and sent 5 emails no one contacted me yet .No one should do business with those guys,don't know if i lost my money ."
