"Very bad customer service. I ordered a Nikon D5300 with 18-140mm lens kit and they fooled me into upgrading to a lens 18-55mm saying that it's 18-150mm. When I called them they say that 18-140mm lens is a generic brand and not Nikon even though their webside's picture shows a Nikon lense. This is falls advertising.
They said don't waste your time and your breath cause you will not get a Nikon lense.
Nowhere in their description or specs is indicating that is not a Nikon lense. I will never buy from them and I suggest you should not buy either if you don't want to be conned.
They also advertise that you get an extra battery if you order one. Of course I had to order one as the camera does not come with one and I never got the second one!!
I'm telling you, don't buy from these guys cause their're bad news..."

"Being away from my hobby of photography for quite a few years, I decided to get a camera and equipment for my upcoming retirement. I searched around the internet for what I wanted. I found the camera body I was looking for (Nikon D750) at Digitaloutlets.net, for a couple hundred dollars cheaper than the rest. I'm not made out of money, so I jumped on it.

I wanted a 50mm 1.8 lens, just to get started. I needed to get a handle on the complicated features of this camera before I buy additional lenses, so I thought that would be a good lens to run the camera through it's paces. Anyway, I placed an order for the body, lens, a couple memory cards, and some odds and ends. I was excited when it was delivered in just over a week. Perfect! Time to play. But then I realized that I had ordered the wrong lens.

Well, I called digitaloutlets.net, and spoke with Scott. I told him what I was trying to do, getting back into photography, and how disappointed I was that I had ordered the wrong lens. He was totally understanding, and reassured me that a replacement lens would be in the mail at the end of the day. Not only did he do that for me, but he spent quite a bit of time talking with me, bringing me up to date on some of the new technology. The last camera I bought was film. Needless to say, it's a bit overwhelming. So he talked me through a few things and made me a little more comfortable.

That conversation was on Monday, on Wednesday I had the right lens and I was off to the races! The whole process was flawless.

So, I will definitely be going back. Scott told me to call anytime I had a question. I know I'll be doing that. He knows his stuff. No doubt he's been doing this for a long time. Anyway, I started out gun shy, intimidated by the new technology, but Scott talked me off the ledge and made me feel like I've been shooting digital all my life.

aside from the never ending attitude and lack of professionalism this company displays through the phone, i placed an order for a Nikon camera. a week after i placed the order, i have not received the products so i decided to call. when i called, they said they put my order on hold, because they wanted me to also buy accessories for the camera (another battery for $200). when i refused to purchase additional accessories, they seemed upset and did not want to speak with me anymore. a week passed and i thought my camera would arrive by then. it did not. when i called them, they claimed it would arrive in two weeks. I then canceled the order. stay away from these guys, worst mistake was for me to wait on them."

"I placed an order with Digital Outlets in December of 2014 for a lens as a gift and I am still trying to get it resolved. They are horribly unreliable. They are quick to take you money and to don't care about your order. I got the lens, but I also order a filter kit with it. They lied to me 3 different times about shipping the filter kit. It took over a month to finally get the filter kit and they sent the wrong one. They sent a cheap $15 filter kit in place of the expensive one I purchased. Now I am over two months since my original order and still no filter kit. Stay away from this place. Go some place that will actually send you what you purchased. "

" Ordered and received a Nikon D5300 and 2 lenses. Everything arrived in perfect condition, but one lens was not what I ordered and the issue was resolved cleanly. No complaints at all.
I had sent in e-mail regarding Warranty questions and got no response after several days. I followed up with a phone call and my questions were answered. Apparently, for some reason, the emails to customer service service are not arriving, as they had no record of my email, thus no response.
They were more than helpful on the phone and very courteous. I would do business again in the future.

"I called to confirm my order and they advised me to buy a different model camera that was actually cheaper than the one I had ordered. They went through all the pros and cons of each model and which they thought was best for me. No high pressure, just really great information and it was entirely up to me to evaluate the information and make a choice. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have never used Digital Outlets before, but after this experience it will be my first stop! Putting the customer before the bottom line ... don't see that much anymore! "
