"WORST online shopping experience I've ever had. I've been waiting over a month for my order to arrive and good luck getting them to respond to an email.
UPDATE: I finally cancelled the order on Dec 20... via email which they of course will likely never reply to... since they don't seem to check their emails."
"Scam! Placed an order with them for a nikon 50mm f1.4g lens for $299 on december 13th, 2014. Got the order confirmation email and so waited for shipping confirmation. after 4 business day i still have not got any shipping confirmation. So I decide to call them because i needed this lens soon. After I called them. i told them about the status about my order and why it was not shipped yet. then they place me on hold for 10mins. after that i told them my order number and they check and said the product is out of stock and said that they have canceled my order.....at least notify me asap via email so that i can immediately order it from elsewhere. and in most cases their prices are low but will not sell it to you or try and up sell you on something else or else cancel your order. Save the headache and do not buy from them. You'll just end up waiting and waiting and will not get your items."

"A complete scam...its one of those things that if it seems too good to be true, probably is. Ordered a Nikon d7100 which was priced $200 below any other place I had seen. Had to call in to 'confirm my address,' which was just hidden speak for try to up-sell. When i said i didn't need anything they hung up saying the transaction was complete and my camera would ship within the week. Fast forward 3 weeks and my order was 'cancelled' because they couldn't get the product from the manufacturer. Sure, whatever. Save your time and shop reputable."

"SCAM ALERT! I received a great price on an SB-910 flash Nikon flash. Two weeks later I received 12 emails within a 24 hour period notifying me that I had to confirm my order before shipment. I called in, went through the confirmation process, and then the representative told me the flash was only for 35mm film SLR's. I contacted Nikon and they told me there is one sb-910 flash designed primarily for digital photography but could be used with nikon film slr's in manual operation only. When I notified Digitaloutlets.net they canceled my order without my consent as they never intended to sale me the flash unit at the 379.00 price indicated. They use bait and switch sales tactics and try to upsale you on the confirmation call. "

First of all, when I placed my order for my Canon EF 55-250mm lens, they instructed me that I needed an EF-S 55-250mm lens in order to use for my Canon Rebel T3 camera. They processed my order over the phone very quickly and even ensured that the new lens I would be getting would be the best deal. For peace of mind I searched eBay and surprisingly, I found the same lens for $40 cheaper. I emailed them immediately and they said they would match the price. For that, I strongly believe this store deserves a 5 star review for their customer service."

I ordered a Nikon D 5300 with 18-140 camera for 699 but they never processed the order. When called them, they said 18-140 is not a VR type and tricked me into ordering VR type at $999! I agreed to this without doing any research but later realised that Nikon does not have a Non VR lens in 18-140 category.
After few WEEKS I received their package but the Nikon lens was missing!. I followed up MANY times but noone really cared to even talk. Finally decided to warn others through this website and wrote a complete review about the ripoff by these scammers but within MINUTES got a call from Scot (who knows what the real name is). He asked me to delete the review and that he will send me the missing Nikon lens. I did not initially agree and he threatend me that he will pass my card information to other spammers!!! After few days I did receive the lens but I would like to caution other buyers to BE REALLY CAREFULL before buying any high value orders.
Their business is to advertise products at a very low rate and then trick you into purchasing a different product at a higher price than you get from others.
Most of the below positive reviews are either for low priced orders.. Be very careful with high value orders. These are scammers."
"Worst place ever. Ordered a Canon 60D camera body only, and was told over the phone that it was shipping out a week ago. Last night we received an email saying it was on backorder for 2 weeks. I called today to find out what was going on and got the biggest attitude from the same customer service rep that I spoke with last week. He told me that I was out of line to be asking the questions I was asking and that he took great offense to it. I told him at that point I really didn't care, I just either wanted the product I ordered or he could cancel my order immediately. Needless to say, we cancelled our order, we have now placed it with a reputable place and have a shipping number we can track. This place is a sham and the owners should be ashamed of the business they are running. Don't order from here, though you may save yourself some money, it's not worth the hassle you have to go through to TRY and get your stuff. Absolutely ridiculous. "
