Unfortunately, it took almost 2 weeks before the package was picked and shipped and then another week before we got any reliable tracking information. In the end, however, the items eventually arrived in perfect condition.

EDIT: I have now reduced the rating of my review since after I originally gave a four star review (taking one star off for the lengthy shipping), I received a phone call at 11:45PM local time (!!!) from DinoDirect wanting to know why we hadn't given them a 5 star rating and that if we did, they would send us a free gift. We have young children, and don't appreciate being harassed. Given the ridiculous time of the call, and especially when it's for something so trivial, I'm dropping my rating."

I placed my order to arrive well clear of Halloween. It's December, and I still don't have it.
I was informed it was on its way "shipped". I emailed them to ask where it was. They told me to contact them again if it hadn't arrived for 45 days. Incidentally, 45 days is the time you have to open a paypal dispute. I have now opened a paypal dispute a few days short of 45, as I don't have any faith it will ever arrive. DinoDirect asked me to close my dispute, and wait until 45 days have passed, although their shipping states I should have received my goods within 15-30 days. See a pattern here? If I had waited 45 days to open my paypal dispute, I would have no rights to a refund. I will fight this criminal company until I get my money back. I don't believe a single good review on here. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!"

DON"T BELIEVE IN THIS FAKE REVIEWS GUYS. They give people gift coupons to write good reviews about them. just a month ago the rating for this site here was less than 8.5 now its more than 9.8, what a joke. My experience is just the same as everybody else. My order number is 149834V6-DD. my order was approved on the same day of purchase 15/11/2012. and since that day till today it is in "order Approved" status.

After a week of my purchased date this is the email i received from DD and i quote.

But when my order is not being shipped i contacted livechat. They assured me my order will be shipped with 48 hours and apologized for delay. i understood them, i mean it happens in business. so i decided to wait.

But few days later....5 days ago exactly. i received this email from dinodirect and i quote.

i was angry and i contacted livechat again, they said the item is not out of stock and their quality dept is verifying my product and will ship in 24-48 hours.

But its not shipped till today and when i contact live support sometimes they say my product is out of stock and sometimes they say our "quality control" dept has it. when i started to read dinodirect forum what i found out is, they don't care if they have a product in stock or not. they just keep on taking orders. And also they are not so kind at refunding your money. By the way did i say they only post "positive reviews" from members in their site.

As of my order, i don't even know where it is or if i will ever get it or not. so all i am saying is don't be me.

"save your money, save yourself" don't buy from DinoDirect.

1) DinoDirect.com staff responded to my review before my review is even made public. so i'm beginning to doubt the credibility of "ResellerRatings" and the reviews posted here.

2) I always keep hearing "It takes us 3-7 working days to prepare the item" from dinodirect. i read the terms before ordering and it said it will take you 3-7 working days and i was ok with it. You agreed that my order was delayed then why are you again mentioning that it will take you 7 working days, stop saying that because i know that already. That is not the issue here. it was well over 7 working days.

3) I was just waiting for my item. I only contacted cs live chat on 25/11/2012 after receiving a mail from dinodirect that the item i have ordered is "out of stock". I was angry because how can you send me a mail on 22/11/2012 saying that my item is being prepared and will be shipped soon and three days later on 25/11/2012 send me a mail saying the item i ordered is "out of stock".

By the way i contacted live chat on the same day i received the email from dinodirect saying my product is "out of stock". In live chat your representative Mr.Otta said that the email must be an error because the item is well in stock and my product is in "quality checking". so from 26/11/2012 to 30/11/2012 it is in quality checking. On 30/11/2012 the status shows it is waiting to be shipped but the next two days is not working days for you because it is saturday and sunday. so if i am lucky my order will be shipped on 3/12/2012 (Monday). i am never ordering anything from you again.

I AM JUST TIRED OF ARGUING WITH YOU GUYS. JUST SHIP MY ORDER."
