If you receive a wrong item, they give you a giftcard and you can buy another... If any item in the order is not in stock, they give you a giftcard for the value of the item that is not in stock, and you can buy another item... If you dont receive your item, they will send again... This is awesome!

You will never loose your money and you will be always happy!

For these people, the customer is the first thing to worry... None other of the shops where I have purchased, are so good than DinoDirect.

I ordered from them on May 30, they shipped on Jun 1st. On 07/19/2012 I opened a Case Number: ***-***-**** because they stated that estimated time to arrival is for Unites States, Canada 7 to 14 business days. So my package are 5 days over.

From this day I have been in contact to them about my worries of my order. So they told me that check my local postal office.
In my communications (replies) I tell them that: "everyday I used to visit the Postal Office due to many mails received" They JUST continue to advise to do the same thing about my local postal office. But they don't understand that... Im very mad about this issue, they only reply with the same old story "check your postal...", "Your patience will be highly appreciated", things like that. But my patience is over!

I think they try to extend the process to never give me a GOOD solution; Money back or credit (hate that from Chinese sites)

Now after many communications they said: " ... the package lost time is about 45 days". Seriously, are you came with that?

I'll never do business with DinoDirect again. Theirs communications are OK, but Not a real help about my situation.

Just extend the blah blah blah... gimmick.
