I have tried to buy from several online stores but my best experience is with DinoDirect!!!
The customer service works very effectively and they promptly try to resolve any problems that might arise. You get support and care before and after you make your purchase. The staff is very professional. I’m interested in electronics and computers and recently ordered a tablet that arrived in perfect condition and is working just fine! "Looking through reviews I cannot believe Dino direct could have more than a single star, simply the WORST online experience I have ever had. They seem to have either 5 star ratings - obviously advertisements from their company - or very poor ratings. I paid for expedited shipping for 3 day shipping and the non-oem (meaning cheap knock-off junk, not exactly like the picture shown on the site) power supply arrived over 3 weeks later direct from China. The cord was dirty and appeared used and I wasn't going to compromise my gaming system with that dodgy power supply.

It was a nightmare trying to get a refund and I was only out $30! For weeks they basically said that it was all my fault and asked me to take "8 Dino point" instead of a refund. I sent the part back from AUS to the only address I had (an address in California because I can't read Chinese characters) and they informed me that I had sent the part to the wrong place and I need to pay to sent to China! That was the final straw for me.

It was only after involving the Better Business Bureau that I received any semblance of customer service. I was finally refunded the amount initially charged on my card.

NEVER, never, use this company if you value your money, want any customer service, or want quality products. They so damaged me as a customer I will never, ever use them again - no matter how good a deal sounds. I originally tried the Dino Direct site because they were supported by the Better Business Bureau. With scores of complaints and a sub-par grade they no longer qualify to have the backing of the BBB. Check it out for yourself.

What I find especially disturbing about this company is their tactics on monitoring forums and likely creating false accounts to improve their poor ratings. If you notice, the majority of the feedback for this company is 1 or 5 stars. If you read the 5 star reports, it sounds more like an advertisement than an actual person. Many of them read like they have been put through google translate into English.

And as a rebuttal to Dino Direct's response, the fact that you refunded me after I was forced to contact the BBB does not make me a satisfied customer. I will never use the services of your company again, and I believe it is my duty to warn others of the tactics repeated over and over on forum after forum. "
