"I was looking for an item that I could not find in Canada and found it at DinoDirect. I was pleased with their online support in determining the suitability of their offerings. My items shipped by "regular mail" at no additional charge. It would be handy if they had a policy that allows the option "regular mail" on all their purchases as UPS, EMS, Fedex charge exorbitant fees for "customs clearing" on top of their shipping cost. When one of the items appeared damaged in the mail, they send a replacement without any hassle. Great Service!"
"I'm trying to express my dissatisfaction with DinoDirect in any review websites I can find to warn people about this business! I will not stop til I can find all the websites out there to tell people about the BAD SERVICE I received! My last order was from a promotion they had- 2nd Anniversary in 2011. It promised a cash coupon of $60 if you spent a certain amount. I spent AUD$95 and I never got the $60 cash coupon. I enquired about it and they gave me a 'code' for $60. I tried using it to buy items but it kept saying 'Coupon Code Invalid'. I opened many cases but they never resolved it. They just refused to give me a new coupon altogether, what is so hard in issuing me a new coupon?? They can see that the one they gave me originally wasnt even used!! It's a fake! They kept replying and telling me that I didnt follow the correct coupon process or I wasnt logged in or coupon can only be used for certain items or at a certain value! The funny thing is my partner who bought her own items during the promotional period received her coupon and she didnt have problems using it at all. So what they said were not true! Just excuses after excuses! It's taken me nearly 1yr now to try to resolve this! I have told my partner, all my friends and family not to use them! So please don't trust them! Your orders may be ok the first few times but when you actually have a problem, they will NEVER SOLVE it! "

"Bloody awful service!!!! Ordered dresses from there. I ordered 5 dresses for my wedding, 4 of the dresses have turned up pink, not purple, but 1 dress is the correct colour. will NOT replace the dresses that THEY did WRONG. trying to get them to correct THEIR MISTAKE!!!! But the are not interested, adding to insult they are offering me a $50 voucher for compensation, even though I have paid £200 for the dresses. I think as it is THEIR mistake they should either refund me in full, or replace the dresses in the correct colour!!!!!
I have now sent the dresses back, on the hope they MIGHT replace them in the right colour, but now they are stuck in customs in china as they are refusing to pay any customs charges. I have enquired how much it will cost me to get them back and it will cost me over £100!!!! I have only 8wks to my wedding and I have no dresses!!!!! DINO DIRECT has made my life HELL!!!!!!! BEWARE"
"Personally, I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. I've ordered from them a total of twice and the products have come to me either defective and damaged or missing pieces. Be careful when ordering from a company that offers "Free Shipping". We spent over $120 dollars on a baby monitor for our son, and the package came to us looking like it had been run over by a truck, and when we tried to use it, we realized quickly that it was defective. When we asked for a resolution, customer service asked for pictures. We sent them four pictures of the severely damaged package and a picture of the monitor, and we were offered $15 USD. That was an insult! Definitely worth going to an actual store and purchasing what you need, or sticking with eBay. We are warning anyone we can, that you GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! "
