"-The purchase was easy, we were especially excited that there was not a buyer’s premium or any other additional fees.
-The pick-up went fairly smoothly: we confirmed that we could use a pickup truck to retrieve the pallet we purchased (only 10 items) but the gate guard did not want to let us into the shipping area without a dock height truck. Everything was cleared up with a phone call, however.

"Purchased a pallet from Direct Liquidation, thinking that I was receiving seven items as Manifest stated pallet arrived with four items on it. I contacted customer service said they couldn't do anything about it palette is as is. I can see by the pallet as is as long as the items are actually on the palate. Will never buy again"

"I ordered and picked to pick it up myself. I scheduled 3 different delivery times with two different carriers that tell me the merchandise was not available for pickup when they get there. I went in person to check on it before the third pickup and they assured me it was there, but when the carrier got there, they still left without it. I still don't have my merchandise"
