"I love ordering from dollskill because they have unique clothes that are super fun and they collaborate with small business owners.
I have had a lot of great experiences with their customer service team from the many orders I have made. Recently I realized just too late that I put the wrong address in for shipping. Even though their policy clearly states they will not change address after the order is placed, I reached out to their team anyway just to ask in case they could swing something.
I was helped by Alyssa who redirected my package super quickly and replied to my email with all the friendliness you'd want from a customer service team (but sadly do not always get!). She was awesome and didn't have to do what she did, but went the extra mile for me which I really appreciated.
Dollskill team really cares about me having a good experience with their team and their products, and I am confident that each time I reach out to them I will receive great service.

They take SO MUCH LONGER THAN ESTIMATED ONLINE. The arrival will keep changing everyday. Mine took over 20 days to arrive and also got charged by customs that dollskill do not make you aware of! Be prepared refunds are returned through store credit! Definitely not worth it!"

"Great experience and customer support was extremely helpful. In general I would like that the clothes would be designed in such a way to fit bigger **** in there. Just add some extra fabric in the chest area and some extra stretchy factor. In this way they will fit bigger **** as well and it won`t be a problem for smaller **** as well.
