"Initially, I had a great experience with Doll's Kill. I love the uniqueness of their clothes and products, it suits me well and as a person of influence, I was excited to rep their brand. I spent well over a hundred dollars and spent $20 on shipping! That is, until I got a damaged item. I got in contact with someone via phone who was rude and cold to me and she had me send the pictures of the damaged item, which I did promptly. They offered me 15% in store credit to keep the item, which did not suffice so I asked what other options they offer in terms of refunds. They said if I sent it back, they would offer instore credit. I said, again this does not suffice because it wasn't MY FAULT that they sent me a damaged item. The person I spoke to offered little sympathy and informed they they "don't offer refunds", well they took the money off of my debit card instantly. So why couldn't MY MONEY be refunded since it was their fault?! I have never dealt with a company who had their consumers jump through so many hoops JUST for in store credit. I am worried to even send the outfit in, that they won't even give me in store credit. I've been disappointed, inconvenienced and thoroughly annoyed. I will never EVER deal with Dolls Kill again, you could have had a long term customer, but I will not support a disingenuous company!"
"I got a big hole on my dress. You can't wear it like that. They don't give me a return label nor a refund. But they will give me 30% store credit for unwearable dress, then I even asked can I get 50% store credit for this UNWEARABLE piece of junk. They said NO. If you get DEFECTIVE items in your package, they will only give you 30% store credit????? Or you pay your own return for store credit only. Think about it, should you risk shopping here?

"If I could rate Dolls Kill 0 STARS, I would! I unfortunately ordered from this company because they were supposed to be the best and came highly recommended....WRONG WRONG WROOONG! I ordered two pairs of shoes from them, and paid the extra 2 day shipping fee because I was excited about recieving the shoes. Not only did my shoes arrive 4 DAYS LATE, they were not the size I ordered. I called customer service, and spoke to a very monotone, uninterested, unsympathetic person who sounded like they were just reading from a script. The "Supervisor" was even worse... so after being told to take pictures of both pairs of shoes, with measurements of the heels, they would pay for the return shipping, where I would receive "store credit", meaning I would have to REORDER THE SAME SHOES, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT DO EXCHANGES, AND PAY FOR THE SHIPPING...AGAIN! THEN PRAY THEY DID NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE TWICE! I really wish it was so easy, and that was the case, after I email them the pictures, per their request, I recieved a reply from someone named "Darby" whom I'm pretty sure is not a real person and had no clue about what was going on. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this money hungry company to ANYONE!! This was my FIRST and LAST time with ordering from this company, very unprofessional, horrible experience all the way the around. All I wanted was the shoes I ordered and PAID FOR! They have done NOTHING to rectify the situation, but hey why should they right... they already got their money! "Bought some pants from the San Fransisco pop-up shop while on vacation. Unfortunately, the fabric ripped the very next day for no apparent reason. The policy is that clothes must be returned to the pop-up store, but since I live on the other side of the country, Dolls Kill made an exception for me and issued a full refund. I appreciate you guyzzz!
