"This is my first time ordering from DollsKill and I had a 20% off coupon that I totally forgot to use AND I bought 3 of the same sweaters by mistake. Because there isn't a way to cancel the order and refunds go to a store credit I was bummed but decided to contact their support team anyway. In less than three emails, I was ensured that the 20% off coupon would be credited back to my account for the orders I want to keep as well as the money for the sweaters will go back on my credit card. The agent I spoke to just clearly cared and made everything seem so simple as I was freaking out. Their customer service ALONE will make me order from this site again and again and AGAIN! "

"I am a 3x. I love finding cloths here because they fit me. That's hard to find. I love all the goodies. Totally sassy like me. The prices are amazing too!
