"I ordered on Black Friday and I did the promotion where I spent over $400 to receive the free silk pillowcase. I recieved my package but I didn't get the pillowcase. I called and customer service told me that they were already out of stock for the pillowcases. But how would that be possible if I ordered on 9am on Black Friday and nothing was sold out on the website? Awful service, how can you do a promotion and not fulfill it by at least putting a message on the website to inform people that there aren't any more pillowcases available. I am never buying from this company ever again. Awful awful awful service. "
"I started using weft hair extensions after doing flat tap for years. I feel the weft 100% have thin and dry feeling to them. I’m not sure what’s wrong with the hair they’re using. It feels broken off and damaged. I’ve just ordered a ton more. After this batch is done. I’ll need to find another brand. My daughters hair knots up in balls ALL the time. About 2 years ago. I had a batch that did that too. It was so annoying. You had to carry a brush with you all the time.

"I ordered the 18in solo hair piece. The picture online was beautiful, and the hair was beautiful. However, it bunched and broke when I tried to put it on AND they didn’t even include the comb that was supposed to be with the order to help pup out your own hair for a more natural look. I spent $204 and I’d like to return the piece because I’m well within my 30 days, but the phone number cuts off after two rings, the txt and email numbers don’t work and I don’t really know what else to do. Customer service is 0 and I’m extremely disappointed I spent to much for nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! "
"The hair looks good but getting it is awful. The first time i ordered from this place they lost my package and didnt send enough. Th second time i ordered from this place i paid an extra 22 dollers for overnight shipping and the driver forgot my package. This is very disorganizing as you can see i have to rearrange my whole schedule around because they forgot my package. Now I have to go and pick it up and they need me to bring an id and everything. DONT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. It will save you time and money to go somewhere else. This store is not worth the stress. If you order from here you are stupid

"I had purchased some wavy hair extensions from Donna Bella because a client of mine wanted extensions to add length and match the wave in her hair. Their site is very misleading when they say the wave of their extensions will relax over time because once she wash her hair for the first time the wave was absolutely gone and straight as a stick. Their customer service isn't much better either. I have been trying to get this resolved for almost a month now and still don't have any answers. I even have followed the protocol of the hair analysis and pictures of the hair...very disappointing experience."
"I'm shocked at all the bad reviews! I used the I-tip and hybrid weft extensions and both are amazing quality. It's worth the price and honestly one of the fairest priced out there. Lots of the bad reviews seem to be towards the tape ins, which I can't speak on so maybe that's where they fall short? The other 2 however, top notch."

"Worst customer service!!! I bought 6 packs of 22in tape-ins and after the first use they broke off into 16” extensions!! At first I thought my mind was playing tricks one me, but when my stylist noticed she convinced me to contact customer service. The hair was NOT up to par. I explained the situation, sent numerous pictures and said it had nothing to do with getting free hair, I am happy to buy it, it’s the principle. We corresponded through text and they asked “what method I was looking for”. I told them “a replacement method” and so on and so forth. They NEVER responded. I, along with my friends and my stylist with her clients, are taking our business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time when you can get better quality hair for half the cost. "
"I purchased 8 packs of the I-links and let me tell you... I’ve tried a lot of brands over the years like Bombay and Bellami, which all had wonderful quality hair. These Donna Bella extensions are the WORST I have EVER tried! The hair was literally dry and frizzy after the first wash, and they tangle constantly!! I’m now removing them after only a month of wear because I can’t stand the awful quality hair. Don’t waste your money! "

I tried to do my research before purchasing, unfortunately there’s not much out there as far as reviews. "I purchased 5 packages of tape in hair from Donna Bella in December 2018 for $400. On their website it says “if taken care of the hair should last 3-6 months” . I had the hair put in on December 21st. The hair is ALREADY super dry, breaking, and spitting horiribly!!! I contacted Donna Bella, and they kept responding with links on how to take care of the hair, all hair splits, or cut the hair! Um what?!?! I’ve had it for 3 weeks!!! Lol. I am using salon grade sulfate free products, washing only every 4 days, and conditioning. I didn’t mind spending the money at all, but I do mind spending that amount on a product that fell apart within the first couple weeks! They offered no solution and wouldn’t listen to anything I was saying. I’m so upset! Disappointing product and customer service!"

"Been searching for quality hair extensions for quite some time. Been wearing hair extensions for 5 yrs now and can't find good hair in store fronts anymore. I was so worried purchasing on line because you never know what will arrive. I could not be more happier. My stylist installed them a week ago and she is even amazed at the great quality of hair. She seen DonnaBella at multiple hair shows but never had a client buy any. They are thick from top to bottom with no wispy stringy pieces at the end. Nothing but fullness. My hair feels AMAZING. I nearly cried when I left the salon from shear happiness after all this time of searching. Thank you Donna Bella!!!!! "
