"I ordered a dress from DreamProm.com over a year ago and it was horrendous. Not only was the cut of the dress that I received completely wrong (when compared to the picture posted by the company on its website), but the COLOR was wrong!!! After numerous e-mails, chats, and facebook exchanges (all of which included both statements of issues with the product AND pictures illustrating said issues--all of which were the COMPANY'S fault, might I add), the company refused to issue any type of refund and eventually blocked me from their facebook page,removing all of the comments and photos that I had previously posted. I would NEVER recommend shopping here unless you want to totally waste your money. It's fraudulent, misleading, and WILL NOT work with you if you are displeased with your purchase."
"Buyer beware! Do not purchase any garments from Dreamprom. Quality of material is not as pictured. I was given garments that do not fit even after paying extra for custom fit. Their return policy is non existent. Dreamprom did not even make the garment as described on their website.
Long gown was too short, did not cover my bare feet. Dress too tight and pulling all over. Dreamprom comment: looks lovely and wear flat shoes! Also received a jacket where the sleeve was a different shade than the bodice of the jacket. Dreamprom will not honour their policy of customer satisfaction. It's more like a guarantee of customer frustration, loss of money and time. Don't bother ordering from this company. You will be thoroughly disappointed.
Another suggestion from dreamprom, go spend more money to fix the outfit and we will compensate you. They will only partially pay for fixing the garment. However why is the customer to pay to fix the garments of which it was dreamprom's mistake to start with? They will not admit it is their fault or that the garment does not fit when the pictures obviously shows this. Even when there is 2 to 3 inches difference in the bodice area between the two dresses that I ordered, they still say it's my fault and my problem! So if you are trying to settle with Dreamprom, good luck! They offered $50 refund. I spent $450. That is some reimbursement for their mistake and poor quality product..
I repeat, you will be wasting your money on a poorly made outfit, time and health! So don't bother with Dreamprom!
So after 30+ emails of trying to get full compensation and many heated discussions, they said they will give me $50. They actually stated they cannot afford to give full refund. I guess it's because there are too many of their unfortunate customers asking for complete refund. However if they have been in business for many years, I can imagine how many customers they have disappointed and made money off of!

"I ordered a dress for my mom on dreamprom.com. the dress came with a very thick inside material that didn't allow my mom to move. I tried speaking with customer care from dreamprom to solve this problem and various times they told me they couldn't do anything about it and they didn't allow me to return the dress. I paid a lot of money for a dress no one will wear, because no one wants to look like a statue. Horrible customer care I must say. I have ordered online before and I have gotten very high quality. this is the worst. please save your money, because there is no turn back. "
"I ordered 2 dresses from DreamProm.com and then ordered a third dress a couple days later. However, after reading the reviews on line I got very nervous and cancelled the third dress order right away and ordered 3 additional dresses from a vendor in the United states with great reviews. However, I can now say that I should NOT have cancelled the third dress I ordered from DreamProm.com and I should NOT have ordered the 3 additional dresses from another vendor. DreamProm.com dresses came in today and they are lovely and well constructed. My daughter has two proms to go to next month and now has five dresses to choose from. She has picked the two dresses that we purchased from DreamProm.com. I am more than happy with the dresses we recieved and the service that was provided when I cancelled the third dress and then had questions on the other two I received today. The quality was good and the dresses arrived earlier than planned. I thought it was important to write my postive experience with DreamProm.com just in case there is another profectionist mom out there like me, that panics when she possibly reads a negitive review and contiplates ordering three more dresses from another vendor to be safe.DON'T...Save your money. If you are planning to buy a dress, please dont buy it in idreamprom, their tailor are very bad.
I bought a dress and has a big issues, such as one breast considerably higher than the other and other issues impossible to wear, I applied for refund following the instructions in the website, sending pictures as evidence, and they refused saying they can’t afford reimbursement.
They are just cheat people.
Unfortunately I didn’t check reviews before buy it, hopefully this is helpful for the next person.

"When I saw the price of the dresses on the site and how amazing they looked, I was dubious. I thought, 'There's no way that they look nearly as good as the photos would have you believe if they're priced so cheaply.' Part of me kept expecting the dress to arrive late or that something had gone horribly wrong in my custom size ordering and I'd actually bought a very expensive doll's dress and everything was ACTUALLY in centimeters and not in inches.
Boy was I wrong. I received the dress (five days before the guaranteed date, which has finally set my mind at ease about the whole thing) and tried it on and it fit perfectly and it was just as beautiful as it had been in the pictures!
I'd recommend DreamProm to anyone on a budget or off because I think it's just that fantastic."

"I have just received a wedding dress from this site. It looks beautiful!!! Exactly what I expected for the price I paid. There was some inaccurate seams on the dress, but it is not too visible. Delivery was fast, 3 weeks earlier than it was promised. Customer service was good. They answered my questions pretty quickly. I would recommend this site for others! But keep in mind that they use inexpensive fabrics. So do not expect to get a $7000-dress for $300. And one more thing: their sizes are smaller! Their size us-6 is more likely to be size 4."
