I got the dress before I was expecting it, I ordered it custom size and it fits just right, also I told them to do it with lace up instead of zipper-up and they did it correctly, and its stunning as iti is the veil and the petticoat I also ordered!! The only complain I have is the packaging, it was so small so when I saw it I was freaking out about how was going to be the dress, but when I opened it, it really surprised me, I love it!! "Do not waste your money buying dresses from this company. First I ordered a dress but I didn't want. 1 hr later, I email then and I told wrong I ordered a wrong dress. They said if I wanted to change, I can as soon as I pay the extra for the dress I wanted. They will make me the dress that I wanted. I did. I even sent then the picture to make sure they have the right dress. 3 weeks went buy no update on the dress. I got an email said the dress will deliver in 2 weeks. On the very next day, another email said they made a mistake by making a different dress. I demanded the money back and they ignored me. They talked me into taking the dress that I don't want. They have plenty of time to make the dress that I want because after threatened me that if I don't pay. I won't get my dress. This company is a crook. Now my wedding within days and they showed me a picture of an ugly dress. Don't order from them if you don't want to stress out and aggravate by these Chinese. . I will get my money back from my bank because I already filled a complaint with all emails back and forth that show that I tried to work with them but they ignored my request"

"My dress was perfect! Looked a bit different from the picture but better in my opinion. I need the dress with in 3 weeks so I paid for expedited shipping and it came in 4 days before the time of arrival date I was given. I have small measurements and I double checked my numbers to the chart and ordered a dress size 4 which fit perfect. The dress came in clean and only required a bit of pressing to get the shipping wrinkles out. The dress held it's shape through all day wear and the material was strong and durable (this was used for an out door wedding in the woods). It did come in long and required a bit of hemming to match my height. The price was better than I could hope for and the service was quick. I did not have to contact the seller with any questions or concerns. They did not send a tracking number in my email till the dress arrived at the house that day, but they do ship quickly and get you your item before your requested delivery date. "

"I am very satisfied with my prom dress that I received. It is exactly like the one in the picture and the dye of the dress is proffessional. I fit in it like a glove, and, according to their measurements, I expected to need to get a large portion of the dress chopped off (I'm very short) and my guesstimation was exactly right, which was nice. I got the dress before I was expecting it, which was a pleasant surprise and USPS was very accurate with their tracking. Overall, I'm very happy with dreamprom, despite their lack of proper grammar, syntax and spelling. Then again a dress is not an essay. "
