"I was very skeptical about purchasing my wedding dress online, especially after reading all of the reviews and I'm so glad that I went ahead and ordered my dress. I received it 2 weeks before I was scheduled to receive it and the dress looks great. I requested modifications to the style of the dress and they made the modifications I requested at no extra charge. I did add a note about my height as many of the reviews indicated that the dress they received was too long and my dress is the perfect length. Overall I'm satisfied. I will say this however, if you're looking for the dress to be the exact same quality as a dress that you'll pay thousands of dollars for then you may not be satisfied. I did notice a difference in my dress and the dresses I tried on at wedding boutiques. With that said, my dress looks good and it fits well. "

"I am incredibly disappointed about the dress I received along with their horrendous customer support. The dress quality is awful, the sewing is uneven and often left unfinished. There are also multiple loose threads and the worst part of all, the boning in the floral shoulder pattern is sticking out on multiple angles.

See attached pictures for examples of EXTREMELY poor workmanship.

I was very excited to receive this dress as it seemed perfect on the website, although the quality and workmanship of the dress did not even come close to comparison.

I hoped that we would be able to come to an amicable agreement as my pictures prove this to be of poor quality and different from what is advertised, although the company is completely uncooperative regarding my return.

THE PRODUCT IS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

THEY ALSO LIE IN THEIR RETURN POLICY AND THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" IS ENTIRELY A FRAUD. THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT A RETURN AND I'M NOW IN THE PROCESS OF HANDLING THESE ISSUES THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT YOU AVOID ALL BUSINESS WITH DREAMPROM.COM.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, AWFUL QUALITY, AND A WHOLE LOT OF HASSLES.

According to the DreamProm.com rep's response from 7/5/2013, they state that "We have sent you many emails asking for some more clear pictures but you don't help us". THIS IS FALSE. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY SUCH CORRESPONDENCE! THEY ARE 100% POORLY RUN WITH REPRESENTATIVES THAT LIE TO COVER THEIR MISTAKES. Do yourself a favor and buy from another retailer. Don't be $270 in the gutter like me. "
