"I was worried about buying a dress online when finding one in person is SO difficult (all the trying on you have to do)! I decided to try it anyways since the price was very good. I put in my order, asked a couple questions (what fabric?), and made a couple requests (2-colour instead of 1). They said it would be as I asked. And it was!!

I paid the extra amount to get it custom-fitted, and the dress was shipped out 3 weeks later by UPS. I received it and showed it to everyone at the office. Beautiful! Exactly what I asked for.

"Dreamprom is the worst site to ever online shop for a dress from. Don't do it if you are hoping for good quality and good customer service. I ordered my prom dress from here and asked if they could get in before the first of April since my prom was April 6 and I asked for a larger size so I could get it tailored for a perfect fit. By the last day of March the ordered had yet to be shipped and according to their cancellations rules if the dress isn't shipped cancelling the order can get you a full refund. I cancelled the order they replies quite quickly for the first time and said it was too late and the shipped it the next day. I didn't want the dress, it was too late. They sent the dress even after I CANCELLED the order. When I received the dress I got it the Thursday before my prom and I had already gotten a new dress, I ordered the dress lilac and it came in some sort of hot pink! I argued with the company for about a month and a half and finally got them to refund me only HALF of my amount. Till this day, the have yet to refund me. They have horrible customer service. They don't even know how to type correct English. They are horrible and I hope their company gets shut down!"

"I want to return my dress with a full refund I am so upset disappointed and feel ripped off all the way around. This dress isin't even CLOSE to the dress in the picture. They completely misrepresented it in the picture and should be ashamed of using the picture they have on your web site to represent it. The fabric on the tulle on the bottom of the dress isin't even filled all the way in it looks horrible. The dress in the picture on their web site is not even the same fabric they made this dress out of if I had even known that I NEVER would have ordered it. The cheap tulle was already frayed on the edges when it was removed from the package. I WANTED INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RETURN THIS DRESS AS SOON AS YESTERDAY. "Waste of money! Ordered a wedding dress with free shipping. Got a dress from China made of 100% polyester (i was promised diffrent fabric!), of wrong size (i paid extra to have it adjusted), extremely poorly made (guess by Chinese for a boul of rise). Finally had to pay for shipment (was promised free shipment)! When I SEND THEM A PICTURE of ME in the dress asking for refund, they offered me $20, when I paid around $300 for the dress and shipment.
