Surprisingly，the site didn't disappoint Ema. When she received the dress, she was so happy and swear that she will continue to choose other products.
One day, I have nothing to do and decide to try the web. When I browsed the site, one Long Sleeve Dress attracted me. I hesitated a while and bought it finally. It's cheap, I didn't think the risking.
I have to say that shipping time is slow as I wait more than 20 days. I contacted their customer service, they are kindly to answer my question and tell me the details about my order status. They also present a discount for me for extra gift. I'm satisfied with their service although I had not received my order.
About 32 days, I get my order. It's the same description. Dresslily didn't disappoint me again. I will remember that, if I ever should buy anything from dresslily again.
All together, Dresslily's products are not expensive but good quality. Especially the customer service is brilliant included very fast response and a great outcome.
Con: Shipping time is longer than I imaged, but considering it's from abroad and I didn't choose the faster shipping, I accept it. It worths!

I choose the shipping method 7-25 business days and received in 15 business days. So excited! I didn't expect that I can receive the order before 09/30, but it did. When I opened the package which was included the invoice, I was so happy that the dresses I ordered are beautiful. Although the color is a bit shallow, but the quality is great! "I ordered two things for my birthday. A month passed, nothing, not even tracking information. Two months passed, I contacted them. They told me to call my local post office. I called, and the tracking number they gave me is invalid. OK, so I tried contacting them 3 more times. Word of advise for everyone, SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, THE MONEY, AND THE INCONVENIENCE. Its obvious that this company does not care about their customers.
Check your records again sweetie, I sent many emails, reviews, replies to orders. Your excuse for "weather and delays" does not explain why its over 2 months. As far as the "solution" you gave me? It was to call my local post office. I called them and the tracking number was INVALID, as mentioned in my review but obviously you DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS enough to even read the review thoroughly and respond with correct information. I ordered a mermaid blanket for my daughter's birthday which has now passed. Delivery was supposed to come 4 days ago. The tracking number leads nowhere. DHL (the service they use for deliveries) has not heard from them. They took my payment. Emailed them twice last week; no response. I emailed them earlier today as well, but not expecting a response. They have no phone numbers available to speak to a real person. When Googling "Dresslily," you'll find a dozen websites dedicated to illustrating their horrible customer service, or lack thereof.

"I will say that DressLily stands behind their products and customer service is key to their success. They sent a survey about the wig I ordered, the wig wasn't exactly as the picture provided online. I didnt want to send it back due to the travel involved, I was just going to keep it. When I explained in the survey my displeasure they provided me 2 options about my purchase; a full refund or a credit with points. I was willing to try another wig, so I took the credit with points. I appreciate the willingness to make it right. I received my new wig over the weekend, I haven't really had a chance to look it over but I will keep them posted for sure. Great customer service!"

when i got my package i opened it and it had everything i ordered it all matched the image of the items i saw online and the good news is that the shirt fit and the glasses weren't broken
