"I have written two emails and 3 Messages on Messenger with no response I bought 3 pairs of shorts two where sent to me and one back ordered the two where sent with tracking number and they state the other was sent but without a tracking number they said I didn't pay enough for tracking number? but there selling items that are not in stock after not receiving anything for a month that say to wait another month cause it take longer with out tracking number. After not receiving anything I tried to contact them no response.. they should of ask if I wanted to cancel order before shipping uncompleted order "

DressLily really pulled all the string to ensure I was satisfied.
From refunding my money and still sending out the item I ordered.
It arrived super fast, and it was great quality.
I will be ordering from them again base on how they resolved my conflict.
I have also guided some friends to a few products on Dresslily, and I know they will be purchasing them soon.



Post-Update 1:
DressLily support is going really going all out to ensure things are right.
They have refunded me for the item that was not included in my order.
They also have informed me that they are still going to ship out the item at not cost.
That is really Awesome of them.
Once I receive the item I will come back and post another update.
I will probably order a few more items as well.


First Post:

I only received half of my order, and when i contacted them they said the order was shipped.

When I look at that single item that I did NOT receive, all i see is Chinese information.
Well guess what, I am not Chinese nor do I speak it or read it.
It has been over 2 months, and I have been very patient."

"There are no returns basically or they make it very difficult and you spend a ton of money and end up with no product!!!! Ordering online means you are not sure if the item will fit once you receive it. I spent $126 on bathingsuits, none of which fit and now if I want to send them back it will cost me $100.00 to return.
