"Horrible. I ordered two parts I got one two days later and its been two weeks and I still havent gotten the other. I have tried many times to call the company but Im put on hold for an hour and no one ever answers. I would like to talk to someone at the company so I can either get my money back. It is totally rediculous that it takes this long. Especially since the part I need is for my daily driver! I will never order from this company again."

"The process of finding the part was excellents and the rep was very helpful. It will be nice if you send and email of weather or not the shipments is out or behind schedule because I have to called to find out. I got an email saying that I have approved for payment"

"Because of a error on their part I was shipped a double order. It is very difficult to return parts, I requested a return authorization and return shipping label 10 days ago and I am still waiting.
Within minutes after I posted this review I was contacted by one of their reps and he got the ball rolling. He apologized for the delay and I got the return shipping labels right away. As soon as they received the parts my account was credited within two days.
I will use drive wire again.

"I'm very picky when it comes to choosing merchants for my needs, be it electronics, autoparts, clothing, or anything else. I like to have the least amount of stores from where I shop, and make it my "home". So when I read about Drivewire, I was inclined to try it, so I did my research, like I always do, compared several sites, and let me say this, price wise, Drivewire had the BEST price for the item I was looking for. But again, I was skeptical at first, I found the best price but I had no idea about the company, so I did a bit more research and found 2 best things in one, my autopart needs and a review site (this website obviously). As soon as I read the positive and negative reviews, I noticed that the company has been improving over the years and I also noticed customer service responds back to the reviews, I for one, think that shows extremely great service in their part, that should always be a company's priority, you can't run a proper business without the consumers satisfactory. Immediately after numerous comments I hesitated no more. Package came promptly, a bit earlier then scheduled. No complaints at all and saved myself money from overpaying. Only small con was the shipping price, that was a burden but again, I payed much less then any other merchant, so I guess defining it as a con can be interpret as a good thing. Drivewire, thank you for serving me!

"Drivewire.com definitely delivered. The website was more intuitive than some of the others I navigated when researching the best price/shipping combination for the part I required. The right part arrived on time and undamaged. Conveniently I was able to track the package through the entire shipping process. I found the best price for the right part that was ultimately transported to my front door."

"Went online and found the part I needed, then did a online chat with a customer service rep. Was told the part was in stock and ready to ship, then called the order in. The cs rep on the phone told me it was a good thing I called because all they had was one left. He took my order and said I would have the part by Friday(I paid for overnight shipping). I called Friday after not receiving a tracking number and was told that it would be 10-14 days before it would be shipped. Offered nothing but a "there is nothing we can do about it". Would highly recommend not using them if you need a part quick!"

"Part fit perfect on car.
