"I am very unsatisfied with my experience with Drivewire. I ordered all parts to replace my shocks, struts, and springs from Drivewire, and all parts came in different shipments on different days over the following week and a half. Two days after not receiving another shipment, I called to complain that the shock boots had still not been delivered. After waiting on hold to speak to someone for over 30 minutes, and listening to the Drivewire informational about the customer satisfaction survey at the end of the call over and over and over again, I was informed that the parts were still on back order and Drivewire would not have them to ship to me for another two weeks to a month. I immediately demanded a refund, and requested a confirmation number for the amount to be refunded to me. I was informed that the confirmation number for this refund would be emailed to me. At the end of the call I was, no doubt, not forwarded to the survey to give my opinion of my experience with Drivewire. I have also yet to receive the confirmation number for my refund."

"I ordered my part and was told shipping would happen within two to three days of payment confirmation, confirmation of payment was confirmed two days later. It is now ten days and no one can tell me when the part will be shipped. I get the run around every time I ask, I feel like I am talking to "Peggy" in the credit card commercial on TV. I keep getting "you will get email confirmation when part is shipped" when will that be I ask. within 48 hours of shipping they tell me. Around the circle we go again"
