"Placed an order on 8/16/2011 - paid for 2 day shipping. Heard NOTHING - no tracking number, no email - tried calling on Sat - left messages with customer service. Received email in meantime that order had shipped. Talked with customer service on Monday afternoon 8/22/2011 and they said item was not even in stock - had been back-ordered. I received no answer as to why I wasnt contacted - got nothing. Requested a FULL refund - have received the refund for 2 day shipping charges - but not the charge for the item I purchased. I have requested a full refund and EXPECT to receive it in a timely manner. I will do more than write a "review" if I dont receive a refund and soon. Very dissatisfied with this online company - and they were recommended to me. And by the way - I cancelled the order."

"Awesome! I made two separate purchases to two different addresses and received both items within a day. The pricing is going to be hard to beat. I thought I had found the least expensive place to buy auto parts and came across Drivewire.com a couple of weeks ago to change my mind. I will be buying items from you again in the near future. I have also let all my friends and family know of Drivewire. "

"Called Drivewire to placed an order for four shocks. I asked the sale agent if they where in stock. They put me on hold for 5 minutes and said they where in stock and that they would ship the next day. After 5 days of no emails or calls about the shocks shipping. I called their customer service. After 30 minutes of holding to get someone on the phone. I was told that the items were back ordered and they did not know when they would be back in stock. I would not have placed the order if the items were not in stock. PLEASE DON'T ORDER anything from this company. They take your money and LIE, and say they have the products in stock. Then they say it will take 5-7 days to get my money back. Don't make the same mistake I did. Beware of this company. If I could rate "0" I would. DriveWire.com Suxs"

"the website is great, very informative and to the point, this wasthe first time i purchased a part offline and the only thing that i did not intend was how long it would take to actually recieve my part. it was ordered the 24th of july and its now the first of august and i just was just not charged on my credit card, not to mention i still haven't recieved the part. other than the wait everything seems great! "

"My experience with Drivewire was excellent. I needed a return line hose for my power steering. Finding the part was easy and I ordered it overnight on a Wednesday night after the east coast deadline, I called to see when my order would get filled and I was told by a very helpful person, I wish I could remember his name, that the order probably wouldn't get filled until Thursday and shipping would be on Friday. That was understandable and acceptable to me. But Thursday morning I received my part within 20 hours of ordering it online. Incredible! The part was perfect, my car is running great. Thank You!"
