"Drivewire.com shipped me the wrong order. I reordered the original part a week later, but only one item was reflected in the shipping notice. I attempted to call customer service, after being on hold for :45 listening to a broken recording of horrible music I was transferred to another line by a person that barely spoke english. I stayed on hold for another :30 got frustrated and hung up. Right now, I don't know the status of my order and refuse to waist another moment on hold. This is the worst service I have ever had the displeasure of using. I have lost a lot of money and time that I will never get back because of the very poor service this company has provided me. I think drivewire.com should be investigated for their poor business practices. I hate this company!"
