"Order some sway bars for my new truck. After putting the order through. I didnt get a response back from anyone saying when it was going to be shipped or anything. So I call them, and Im on hold for 45 mins. Then I got hung up on. The call system sucks! Many times it will say im first in line and call will be answered shortly but in turn that never happens. Finally I get someone who tells me that the item is on back order and wont ship for a week to 2 weeks. I said thats fine. So 2 weeks later I get an email saying it was shipped but it was never shipped. I checked with DHL. Apparently the item diddnt ship until a month later!! Then when it shipped it was suppose to be at my location but I never received the product. Now its been 3 months later and trying to get anyone to do any work or get any answers is like pulling teeth. It seems Carlos is the only one ever working there and he tells me hes getting things done to replace my item but still has done absolutely nothing!!!!!!!!! I will never buy or recommend them again!!!!"

"I originally ordered from drivewire.com because they had the lowest price on an ignition coil for my BMW. I was then surprised that my order arrived at my house the following day. The part was exactly what I ordered (Correct Manufacturer, Part #, Sealed Box ect..) and I have had no problems with it yet. The check out process was a bit tedious, but other than that I'd say my experience with drivewire was exceptional.

"I placed two orders on November 28,2008 (#60603 & #60596), which were consolidated under order #60666. Between yesterday and today, I made over 12 calls to Drivewire and got disconnected 11 times. Today, December 9,2008 I have not received my order, and after finally talking to a customer representative in Drivewire, they tell me that because they do not trust people from Puerto Rico, I need to fax them a copy of my driver's license and a copy of both sides of my American Express credit card. By doing that I would be opening the door to them for an identity theft. Why don't they send me their driver's license and credit card ??? This company sucks !!!"
