"I ordered a set of B&G springs on 3/21/09. Two weeks later I called to see what was going on with my order. They said that it was out of stock and that I had to wait like a month to receive my item or that I could cancel it. I canceled it and they where supposed to refund my money. The problem is that I never received the money back. I called a week later and they said that they were going to refund the money, waited another week and nothing. I been trying to call and I'm always caller #2 and then caller #1 and I never get to talk to anyone after waiting for like 45 mins. Today (5/12/09) I had a chance to call early and they transfered me to the refund service and all they did was hang the call with an answering machine. I called back and waited 20 mins being caller #1 and no one answered. 5/15/09 I finnaly got my money back..."

"Q: How do you screw-up an order for motor oil? A: You order from Drivewire.com! I ordered 7 quarts of oil that were supposedly in stock on April 24. On April 27 I received an e-mail saying that the oil had been shipped. However, the tracking info did not indicate that it had been shipped. On May 1, I tried calling their terrible voice-mail system. Although I was supposedly caller #3 with a 17 minute wait, after 45 minutes on hold I was still caller #3 with a 24 minute wait. I tried various e-mails and finally received a response that the oil had been out of stock but was being shipped ASAP that day. On May 6 I finally received a box of oil, but it only contained 5 quarts and no invoice or any explanation of why I had been shorted. So far no responses to my many e-mails about the remaining 2 quarts."
