"I recently received my 2nd purchase from DrVita.com. The delivery was pushed back by one day, as I saw from the tracking information, but otherwise, I have been fully satisfied with my purchases. The sale prices are great, and the shipping is truly free, although it seems like it may take a couple days longer than you may get from other vendors where you do pay for shipping. I received my items both times in perfect condition."

"3 weeks later and have not received products. One of 2 items on backorder for 21 days, supposed to ship backorders in 10 days. Asked if they could ship the other item out at a faster speed since I had been waiting 3 weeks. They declined, and said they only could mail it at the original UPS Ground. I cancelled my order because the whole thing was unbelievable. If they DON't have the products in stock you should not be able to order them. Also they should have shipped that other item faster, since I had been waiting so long. Have never in my whole life experienced not getting my vitamin order, and having to cancel it."

I find that links to the drvita.com web site are often unavailable. An order placed on 2/10/13 has not been updated with shipping information and today is Th, 21 Feb! I would check my order status but am unable for the reason described above.
Perhaps the length of time for delivery is related to the fact that for my first ever order I had a 10% discount with free shipping....but why, for a supposedly reputable company."
"Very dissatisfied with this company. Despite their "guaranteed" next-day shipping, my order placed 11 days ago has not shipped, with no notice or explanation. Worse, inquiries by email and phone have gone unanswered -- not able to reach anyone directly -- and now their website is "unavailable." Never again.
UPDATE: Despite my initial frustration, when I finally was able to reach a representative, they were helpful and polite. My order eventually arrived on March 1, impeccably wrapped and in perfect shape. This company clearly needs to get its act together, but I now would rate them at 4 stars and would consider doing business with them again. Their products and prices are great. Their communications and systems, on the other hand, still need some work."

"Customer service on the phone, website, inventory and value (prices) are great! However, I ordered twice from Drvita and I never received an email confirmation that my order had been sent. The first time I didn't know to look out for it or track it and there was a problem and it got sent back. I never got any kind of follow up or notice or anything from Drvita. I called and they told me I had to re-order, which I did. They told me I would get a confirmation email when the item shipped, with tracking info, and again, I never received it. Customer service on the phone was great, but if they force customers to check on their website for tracking/shipping confirmation info, they're behind the curve. Other businesses provide this service (and they work) and it makes it easier for the customer to make sure they actually receive what they order."
