"HORRIBLE! This is the type of treatment I would expect in a 3rd world country. Do not let there low prices fool you there service and communication skills are terrible.
I placed an order on 12/22/12 it is currently 01/14/13 I made 3 phone calls to try to find out were my order is. And still is not delivered.
I made 3 phone calls and received a generic answer all 3 times stating I will get a call back in 24 business hours. It never happened. They have no direct customer service to speak with.
I had to question there phone operator if this was indeed a real business? And I still question it.

"I wish I could say that my first time ordering from DrVita was a good experience but it was not. I ordered product, it took 7 days to come. What I received was not what I ordered although my printed receipt and subsequent email had the correct item. To be fair the packaging between what I ordered and what I received are quite similar and it is an understandable mistake; but a mistake non the less. So I called the number but was not able to talk to anyone who could actually help rectify the issue. My info had to be sent to someone who will contact me within 24 hours. Not stellar customer service if you ask me. the people I talked to were quite nice and friendly."

"I am now almost entirely convinced that Drvita.com is a total scam. I placed an order exactly one month ago to be delivered in time for christmas, which- according to them- would be delivered by December 24th. I called the company on December 26th inquiring about my order. I was told that there was no way of checking on my specific order, but I was assured that 'the shipment' in question would be going our shortly and that my order was a part of said shipment. It is now January 9th and I have yet to receive my order. I am beyond disappointed and wonder if this is par for the course with this company. I am no stranger to shopping online and over the course of 15 years and hundreds of online orders from countless sites, i have never had an experience as negative as this one."
"I am extremely frustrated and disapointed with DrVita's handling of my order. Placed 12 days ago online, my credit card was charged 6 days ago and I still have nothing. The Customer Service number is a sham. There is no one there who can tell me the status of my order, they just take a message and NO ONE CALLS BACK. I do not recommend this vendor for anything."
"I have had a bad experience with Drvita. I placed an order Dec.14,2012 and have still not received it on Jan.8,2013. I emailed the company and told them about it. I received a rely that said my order would be shipped on Jan.6 through UPS 2nd day ground service and still haven't received it. I don't know what to do at this point. I would not recommend Drvita to other people."

"Ordered two products on 01/08/13 and when I checked status, still hadn't shipped but then was explained to check item description page on one of the products i ordered as it states SPECIAL ORDER SHIPS IN 5-10 DAYS...that explained alot and they do post on their site they don't ship partial shipments since they are giving free shipping, makes sense. I bet a lot of the complaints on here are because people don't see that SPECIAL ORDER statement and focus on the ship timer like I did. I appreciated the quick reply via e-mail from their customer service which has been top-notch to me. Would highly recommend due to low prices and free shipping.."

"It took 2 weeks to receive my order and that was only after I pestered customer service (it also took them 3 days to answer my inquiry). When my item finally arrived it was packaged in an unnecessarily large box, although the contents were secure. I'm happy with the item but not the service. In my opinion the free shipping isn't worth the wait and the hassle. Will not be ordering from them again!"

The home site offered $3 less than half what I paid, but a price comparison pop-up found Drvita for $4 less than that! They were having a sale and they also ship for free, even to Alaska!
