"Placed my first order on 01/12/2013 and was expecting to get the order in 5 business days. Did not receive order or status notification, after multiple attempts to reach customer service I was told that some items were "special ordered" and they were not available in stock. Customer service cancelled my order and asked me to recreate my order and gave me 15% discount. I placed a new order on 01/20/2013 and made sure that all items were available in stock. I emailed customer ****@**** multiple times asking them to confirm that my order is ready, never to hear back from them. I tried contacting 1.***-***-****, however, no help was provided because the rep told me they don't deal with existing orders. I finally called in and spoke with a manager on 01/31, she told me that the order is not ready to ship because 3 items were not available in stock. Although the website shows that they were available, she said it was a problem in their system. I asked her to cancel non-available items and ship the rest of the order. She confirmed that the order was fixed and it would ship the same day. She also expedited shipping and told me the order is good to go and the status will update that same day and a tracking number will be sent to me.... It's been 8 days and I have not received a tracking number and when I check my account on drVita.com, my ordered status is still showing "Not Yet Shipped". I have experienced the worst customer service at drVita.com! I will never buy from drVita.com again, I wish someone had told how bad drVita.com is.

Finally, my order is here after 26 days! Yippee... but wait only 3 items out of 9 shipped... Recieved only 3 items from my order, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner and a bodywash bottle. None of them was sealed and the conditioner container was leaking! Talk about a company that cares about customer service (NOT)! What a terrible company, a joke! I would give them negative score instead of 1 star..."
" I ordered my item on 2/03/13 I check the status of this item, which your site says is in stock, daily and even though my credit card has been authorized, it still says Not Shipped. Which is a HUGE problem for me. My daughters doctor has her on liquid melatonin for her insomnia and I was recommended your site. I have sent in 2 messages to your so called customer service and I have no reply. And yes, I have other messages from the site and I check my spam folder so no excuse will be accepted. I've also screen shot my order info that shows it has yet to have been shipped even though the site claims same day shipping. "First time ordering from DrVita. I ordered three items on 1/16/13 at 3:55pm ET, and they still have not been shipped according to the status on the website. DrVita's shipping policy for free shipping is: "Delivery is available Monday through Friday. Delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 business days." I'm on day 10, excluding MLK Day and the day of my order. I called DrVita's Customer Service on Friday at 8:11 pm ET, and only the answering service responded. They could not give me details on the order, so I figured I would wait until Day 10. I just called their Customer Service line once more which was answered by an answering service, again, which said that they have no information and Customer Service would have to call me back.
By many of the other reviews on this site, I'm finding that DrVita treats a number of customers the same way. Yes, it's a couple dollars less than Amazon, but the 10+ day wait to receive the items is not worth the savings. I'd like to support the smaller start-ups, but DrVita needs to step up their game in shipping and customer service to even have a chance in competing.
I want to cancel my order if it's not shipped, today.
**Update: DrVita finally updated my order status the day that the package arrived. Before yesterday, the status had been that it hadn't shipped. I'm upgrading to 2 stars for actually delivering, but the customer service really needs improvement. I never got a call back or at least no one left a message. "
"The world's WORST customer "service." Ordered two items, never heard a word about it for days afterward. Called customer service on phone, they couldn't help me (??!!..where's the service?). Said I must email since I ordered on line. When someone finally answered me, they said my items were backordered and I would be contacted when they were received and shipped. Two weeks later, still waiting,no further word. Go back online and order was shipped with no notification. Still waiting to see if it really arrives. Will NEVER order from them again!! ***Wish I would have known about this site before ordering from them!!!*** Their lame reply is further proof of their horrid customer service!!
UPDATE: Finally another LAME reply after 3-1/2 months! Just a further example of the industry's WORST customer service! Wise up, look at all your LOW reviews, and DO BETTER instead of justifying your continual BAD record with customers!!! I don't know how you EVER get even one return customer..."
