"There are a lot of negative reviews out there but my experience has been fabulous. I ordered 11 products from them mid-January and got them just over a week later. At first, I was wondering where my package was so I called and talked to a SUPER nice lady in customer service. She said they were delayed because it was the beginning of the year which is understandable. My package actually arrived the next day with all 11 items safe and sound. (:"

"Don't be lured with their low prices. This company's service is the absolute worst. I placed an order 1/18 got an email 1/20 saying there was a problem with their systems and that it would be shipped by 1/23. It's 1/25 and it has not been shipped. Called their 800 number and couldn't speak to a customer service rep they have to call you back. A totally unacceptable experience. Don't walk, run from this company unless you like delays, excuses and aggravation. I'd give a negative star if I could."

"Does this company exist? I ordered a list of items on January 7th and today, January 25th, my account shows the items still not shipped. I called the 800 number and the apparent 3rd party phone answering service suggested I email the company in Nevada. I did that a few days ago and have not heard back from them.

I'm now at the point where I either want the order shipped immediately or be canceled so I can order elsewhere. I can't find where to cancel on the website or I would have done that already.

As I explained to them in the email, if there is a backorder problem I can understand that if I am kept apprised of the status. But having no contact or explanation causes one to think this is some sort of scam.

UPDATE as of noon 1/25/13:

I've just received an email response from Drvita.com explaining they were having a problem securing one part of my order. Mario Luna, the respondent, offered me the option of completing the remainder of my order or even canceling my order if I felt the need to do so.

I chose to accept the order with the hard-to-get item left off. I'm quite happy the order will now be fulfilled because I do feel Drvita.com has good pricing and shipping options.

If the order is fulfilled as expected, I will be shopping at Drvita in the future as they have a tremendous selection at a fair price. My only hope is they can eventually get their database to the point where they know if a product is unavailable in a more timely manner.

I am revising my ratings for this website. "

"VERY DISAPPOINTING! My first order with this company was for 5 items. Received 17 days later (!!!) and one item was missing. I called 3 days in a row before I could get to Cust Service although the order takers were readily available each time. I emailed twice and received no response. When finally reached Cust Service I was told the product is no longer available yet they charged me for it! Now it has been 3 wks since I was charged for the item and supposedly it will be credited. CS said it takes 4-5 days to appear on my credit card acct. (???) I would NEVER do business with such a company again and will report to Atty. General in my state as well as the Nevada, the home state of this company. THe other firms I've dealt with have far faster response, and fairer business practices. The importance of dealing with an A+ comnpany when it comes to my health protocol is utmost in my choice of providers. This company comes up short in all ways."

"I placed an order on January 16, 2013 for 4 bottles of protein powder and a week later it still hasn't shipped. I called what is supposed to be their customer service number only to be told that they had to take my name and number and I would receive a call back which didn't happen. So I called again today and was told the same thing. I've never heard of calling a customer service number only to be told that they will call you back in 24 hrs. I'm wondering if this company is a scam."
