You can't visit the location for pickup but they offer affordable options for shipping including USPS which gives you the Saturday delivery if ordering towards the weekend. It's nice to have a local euro car parts supplier you can count on when needing parts ASAP without having to pay an arm and a leg on shipping! They also have a wide selection of items that are free shipping too."

I purchased a trailer hitch wiring harness from ecs tuning to install on my personal vehicle.
The wiring harness I received is defective.
ECS tuning will only accept a return of the product with an invoice from an auto shop with a diagnosis of the defect.
Diagnostic of the part at a dealership costs $75 and ecs tuning refuses to pay for the diagnostic.
I'm out $75 because I did business with this company.
Avoid ecs tuning or it'll cost you $."
"Terrible customer service, my wife ordered what she thought was an Audi wiper arm conversion kit for our son for x mas. He started to install them on his car after running to town and picking up new blades for them and found that they were oem like he had and not the conversion type he wanted. We contacted ecs for help in getting the right ones and got nothing but a run around, they say because he put them on his car they won't take them back. I went to their store and personally returned them, which is apparently not allowed either, by the way. The rep I spoke with said no problem we'll credit your card back and you can re order the correct ones. 2 days later we get an email saying they won't take them back and they are shipping them back to me! This place is a fricking joke, bunch of cowards hiding behind a desk selling junk they won't stand behind. Save yourself a big headache and get your parts from somebody who wants your business and treats you like a customer."
"Sold me ST coilovers.....had issues with them from day one. Went to ST if rst, they replaced springs. After replacement of rear springs, rear shocks start clunking. Took my VW to the shop, they could not DX the issue and told me that my shocks are probably bad. I thought it was clunking due to the rear coilover perches being so low.....that was the only way I could get the rear not to sag. Ordered H&R lowering springs from ECS thinking this would fix the clunking sound. Nope still there. At this point, I was done, I want my money back. Emailed ECS and they told me that I had to remove the coilovers from my car and send them to ST.....what? How to you DX the issue without them being in the car.....and they would not refund me only replace. I proposed another deal where I would buy another set of shocks and struts and allow ST to replace the original set I bought........guess what after two follow-ups to my proposal, they still have not responded to me. Great customer service, they could careless about there customer."
"These guys have a good amount of OEM parts. Not necessarily the cheapest but a trustworthy OEM source. Never had any issues with their (Meyle, CRP, Febi) parts. But the cheaper knock off stuff (URO, MTC) I've bought has always prematurely broken.
Only criticism I have is that their shipping is way too expensive and could be made more efficient in order to be cheaper."
"I ordered three different items on a tuesday and they were supposed to ship so I would receive them by friday. I called thursday and they weren't able to ship wednesday b/c one of the parts didn't make it to the warehouse until after delivery hours. The repressentative on the phone was very professional. I told him about my situation that I needed the items friday. He understood and switched the shipping to overnight for free. I received the items friday by noon. The customer service was excellent and the prices reasonable. Great Buying experience. I understand some have had problems with ECS, I had no problems at all."
"worst place to order from i ordered 02 sensors,knock sensors,spark plugs,intake manifold cover,control arm and a few more things for my 540I bmw.i placed the order and waited then i get en email saying payment failed.so i called my bank.my bank said they took the $552 out.so i called them they said they canceled because i didn't pick up there call.so i spoke to them and re ordered.i had my bank call to verified that its my card.waited and know again get a call that the order was canceled know im waiting for them to put the money back in so i can order somewhere else ..don't wast ur time. i did and know am waiting to get my money back."
"I ordered a pair of high gloss black exterior covers, genuine BMW parts for my '05 BMW M5 and when they arrived they had chips out of the paint that had obviously happened in storage as the bags they came in looked as if they'd been dragged over a concrete floor. I was told to take photos, took photos and was told to send them back. So I did, cost me $40 and then was told no replacements would be sent because they could 'possibly arrive damaged again. So they don't send things because they may be damaged in transit? If so, give me back my $40!
*UPDATE* - Thomas Lilly from ECS got back to me just recently (23/2/12) and apologised for the mistreatment and gave me some money back in recompense. I will keep shopping with them as they do have access to the BMW parts catalogue. "
"Beware of this company.I ordered 2 power steering lines for a BMW 540i. I knew they were not oem but I did expect them to fit. The tube diameter was to large to fit into the power steering cooler. Additionally, the mounting bracket on the long line was installed approximately 30 degrees off. Of course they gave me no satisfaction. I had to wait 3 weeks to get parts that did not fit. A good price is not as important as the part fitting. Wish I had used Pelican Parts. "
"Ordered a full catback exhaust system on May 11, 2011, web site says to be shipped out with in 4-7 days. Jay (ECS Tuning) rep. says that they will not be receiving the exhaust untill 5/24/2011. False advertisement about the shipping date of 4-7 days. May 22, 2011 I checked the web site to see the status on my order, & the date changed to May 23 rather than May 24. Emailed ECS on May 23 to see if they received my exhaust for them to ship it out amd Jay e-mails back saying that they will not be receiving the exhaust untill May 27. Three times the damn date has changed and have been 2 weeks, my order is no where near half way towards my way. I don't know how much longer it'll be untill I see the exhaust, but these people have the worst customer service and cannot follow through what their web site says (false advertisement). I do not and will not recommend anyone to order from these guys. Horrible Horrible company!!!"
"Parts where a week late I called they placed the whole order on back order with out notification for 2 months??
The one was a special advertised in thier email. I ordered it the day I got the email. This is the 4th issue I have had with them I mostly go to the dealer now because they really do stink. Customer service blows and they know it ever customer is calling to complain high turn over in parts department too because the company blows so bad! Alsmost every order has had issues with them!"
"Website looks great, but the Customer Service after purchase is unhelpful and rude! Ive had two experiences with them, and both were bad.
First time, ordered All-Weather mats for my Audi. When they arrived, the clips were broken. It took them SIX months, and numerous emails, call, and finally posting to a public forum for them to finally send out replacement clips.
Recently, I made the mistake of ordering through them again. One of the spacers I purchased cracked. Called them up asking for a warranty replacement. Left a message, but no reply. Called them up again, and talked to a Sales rep. Told him about the problem. He said "so... you need to order a new set then?" I said "No!", I need to have the defective one replaced under warranty. He told me he didnt think it was covered. I argued that it should definitely be covered, as it cracked under normal use in a very short time after purchase. He said, "OK" and transferred me to someone else to assist. But, it goes straight to voicemail, and again, I get NO REPLY!
These guys are seriously useless and rude. It is easy to get drawn in by their slick website, but I highly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

For a family owned business, you should try to improve your customer service and learn to have some respect for the people who do your business instead of making monkeys out of them. Why DON'T you first contact the customer regarding the wrong and mismatched parts before you ship them? I believe it is going to make a big difference for everybody, especially when there are lots of intelligent people out there and not everyone is an idiot. "I ordered a few parts from ECS for my Jetta. Needing one of the items quickly I chose UPS 2nd day air. 5 days later still no parts. Checking their website I see my parts have not been shipped. I then emailed them to cancel and ordered elsewhere. Poor business practice. I will not order from ECS again."
