I found ECS Tuning great to deal with.
There is always a lag dealing with USA from Australia of course but all things considered. I am more than happy with the info I receive regarding out of stock items and expected arrival for shipment.

Any questions are answered promptly and I don't receive any BS to get a sale.

My X5 is a 4.4i Sports with 300,00+kms and without ECS I would of spent more than what the car is worth sourcing parts from Australia.

I thoroughly recommend ECS and for any Aussies out there, they are simply the best alternative for all your parts.

"I ordered a RS4 style aftermarket grille for my 2014 Audi S4. I saw this same product at my local dealership on a salesman personal Audi S4 and liked the look.

He referred me to ECS Tuning. I called them up to ask questions initially and ask about an accompanying screen that could be used behind the grille. The salesperson I dealt with told me that don't manufacture a screen but would be interested to see what it looked like and fitted so he would appreciate sharing information and pictures if I did order it elsewhere.

I did make the screen order with Don at Tapco Inc. and shared the information with ECS Tuning. The ordering process with ECS Tuning went great with follow up of shipping updates and delivery confirmation. The grille arrived professionally packaged and undamaged.
