"Well let me start with how happy I am that I dealt with Ecs Tuning. I was on their website about to order a timing belt kit for my c5 audi and noticed that the water pump gasket was not in the list that everything that the kit came with. So i called them up and talked to the salesman and within 2 minutes he gave me an answer that it didnt come with the gasket, but he would put a gasket in the kit without no additional charge. So right there i knew he was making sure i had everything needed for the job. So i did my order purchase over the phone and the order showed up 2 days later. That was a great experience and I couldn't be more happy.
I would recommend this company to anyone and will do all my business with them for now on cuz their prices are very comparable to any other store on the web."
