"Purchased a loose-leaf textbook. We were sent one with a large red sticker that states it is Rental only and that it is not to be sold. Well, someone sold it to us. Not impressed by the lack of professionalism on this one. The only reason I'm not doing a return is I refuse to pay a $12 restocking fee for the seller's negligence for them to just turn around and sell it to someone else at an additional profit.
