So Late

"Even with COVID, this book was so late. I received it 11 days after ordering when website said no backups bc of COVID. I actually received an email saying”we haven’t seen you ship your rental back yet” BEFORE I EVEN HAD MY RENTAL. Seriously, I’ll rent from elsewhere next time.

Hi Erin, I have seen your response. It was NOT shipped on 7/6, only a label was created which then sat for another six days. Creating a label and shipping are not even equivalent. Also, take the tracking number down! Why would you share my address with others? Wow.

The worst experience renting books

"The worst experience I've ever had renting/buying books. I ordered a textbook and it got canceled. I called up and fixed my mistake (my billing address was wrong) and reordered and it was canceled again! I called up and asked why but they have no legit answer! This has happened to me on 3 different books. Also, they sent me an email before my order got canceled that the book isnt at their warehouse yet. SO WHY ARE THEY EVEN SELLING THIS BOOK?! I hate this company. They've wasted so much of my time"

"I ordered a textbook in advance of a summer class and was notified it would arrive the day the class started. When that day arrived, the arrival date was moved back two days, and then eventually arrived three days after the later date, so a full five days after I expected it, and a week into the class."

"I ordered my text book 3 week ago and I still have not received my text book. I check the tracking constantly and it give me the same information. Pending acceptance. My class have started and I have to order my textbook from Amazon because I know I will receive my text book to in a timely manner. "

"I paid for expedited shipping and received the book 7 days later in a bent cardboard flat envelope with damaged cover. The book was new. Never again. I had to buy the book digitally in order to read for class in time. "
