Better off somewhere else

"I ordered my books a week before the semester on Jan 23. Says they shipped that same day and would be delivered in 3-5 business days. It is now the second week of the semester and I still have not received my books. The tracking number given does not update. It says "shipped" on the 1/23 and then no more updates if its on its way or anything. Ordered other books from another site the day after I ordered these and got them within two days. Should have just bought all my books on that site but thought I'd try out this one. Won't be using it again."

"I order my book the first week on my classes and expected a more prompt delivery. It was just delivered yesterday which was 18 days after I placed my order. I rented a used book, but the condition was not anything near what I would have expected. Will not order through eCampus again, I would rather spend more money to ensure better service. "
