So many other companys to do buybacks from, dont choose this one

"I am now on week 6 of my book buybacks. I have called on three separate occasions with absolutely no resolution to this. It is just a waste of time, my other buybacks with three other companies came within two weeks or less. Avoid this one, it is just silly when there are so many other options. Im still out my money and my books now! "

Awful fulfillment and still no payment

"Selling back takes up to 5 weeks for payment. I've used many other buyers and these guys don't pay you for weeks. The others had me paid very quickly (within a week). Steer clear of these guys. Bad news."

Awful

"This company is terrible to work with. Their customer service is horrible and their return policy is based off the order date or the class start date, not when they actually deliver the product(if it ever comes at all). I ended up re-ordering all the books from Amazon in order to get them in time for class assignments. Ecampus could not tell me when or if a product could be delivered, and then when it was delivered 20 days late, refused to accept a return since the order date and class start date was outside their return policy date. Repeated calls to customer service were not returned, and when I spoke to a live person they refused to put me through to a manager. your best bet is to avoid this operation and find the books cheaper and from a better company elsewhere"

Incompetent, Negligent comany

"The book I ordered that was shipped on 8.25.19 arrived in ripped packaging. The book was completely destroyed. The cover was bent and torn. The pages were bent along with the cover. The binding was completely gone in the book. Unreadable. For this, I paid $51.00. The day after I received the book in unusable condition, I tried to contact eCampus by live chat. This was at 6:00 a.m. before I went to work. After 5 minutes of waiting to connect I was told that they were all busy and to contact them later. Problem is, I'm a teacher (on the west coast) and by 3:00, they (on the east coast) have all gone home. I tried calling. It says to live chat. Round and round we go. I emailed. Got a canned response back saying their team was reviewing my request. Long team meeting..... Now September 26th and I've heard NOTHING! Fat chance I'll ever do business with these jokers again. One star only because I can't log a negative number."

Incomplete book

"The book came incomplete, with no cover, and was wrapped up in rubber bands. The book is all bent and the pages are crumpled. Worst company I’ve ever bought a book from."

FRAUD!

"RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are complete frauds! I sent in 3 APA publication books that were bought from my university’s bookstore. I attend a school with over 50k students, so I do not question if they sell authentic books. I sent them to Ecampus and they said that the publisher questioned the authenticity and per their guidelines and policy the publisher would be destroying them and I get nothing, not even my property back! Bottom line they stole my books that were brand new for pure profit! I will not give up on reviews or writing them over my property, this is completely wrong!"

These checks were put in place for a large variety of ISBN's to catch a recent circulation of invalid books and ensure that students receive the correct and authentic materials. Your items, unfortunately, did not pass the testing requirements and was viewed as invalid or inaccurate in its copyright/publication. The publisher does not return these items, as they are viewed as legal contempt for the original publication, and disposes of them after alerting us to this issue. Due to this, we cannot issue payment for these items.
