"My bad for not looking at there reviews before purchase!!! First there is NOT a live person that you chat with, there customer service is handled by Text!!! Terrible..;;;
I purchased 2 books to rent for semester and asked for expedited delivery so that he could get books quickly...
I put all my information in and their system has an address check that verify address and assigns it the 4 digit number for the zone within the zip code..The company promptly removes monies from my Debit card within minutes if transaction!!! They send me confirmation...On Monday they state after taking money from my account that they could not verify the address of my account with the bank and thus they canceled the transaction..
No call no email just an action by the company!!! On Wednesday I reach out to Bank and they verify that no Return order had been submitted..:They also verified that the address that I submitted with order was correct as they would have not given the company the monies if it wasn’t.. They also checked the Backend report and saw that the ECampus Group did not reach out to them about concerns about the address verification process..:
In my communication with the company, they did not have a Phone number where I could have spoken to a REAL person!! They texted me as we spoke about the issue and they did not have someone whom could call me back...
It felt like they were trying to get my credit card information to collect and use it in a scandalous way!!! Not honest in their communication and No real person you could speak with over the phone to get this matter resolved!!!!
Bottom line I wasted crucial time dealing with this organization and I feel like I gave away my credit info to a company that will misuse it!!! There explanation is NOT verifiable I spent 20 minutes talking to 3 different people from my Bank whom confirmed that the info was correct and there was never anything from my Bank that indicated that the information that was inputted in regards to my address was 100% accurate!!!!

"I ordered a book in plenty of time before my class started and they send me the wrong book! I tried calling the customer service number with no luck . They have a robot holding and days later have not spoken to anyone. I will be writing a book to the Better Business Bureau on their lackluster business practices.
I am still waiting for them to speak to someone and to get the correct book. In the meantime, my class has started. "

"I ordered 5 textbooks and was so happy that I found a website with the lowest prices for textbooks than I had seen anywhere else. It seemed a little sketchy at first but took the risk anyway. I got my books and they were all in perfect condition, but I then noticed one book is missing. It's on the receipt and in my order history, but it wasn't in the package so ??? I emailed customer service because I either want the book or my money back, but I haven't heard back and it has almost been a week, so what is going on????"

"I ordered a textbook through eCampus, and tracked the shipment after I got the email that it was sent out by them. It was supposed to arrive about a week ago, and according to the shipment tracking, it was delivered on a day where I was home the whole time but did not receive the shipment. I waited a few days, and it still didn't arrive. I emailed customer service, after trying to call and being sent to a useless dead end message (why have a phone number listed if you can't talk to anyone?). I have still not received a reply from them. I would love to give a better review, but since I have yet to even see the book I ordered, I obviously can't do that."
