Very good experience.

"I received a new book with the access code as New Rental, which is really amazing considering that most of the books that are sold online as rental do not have the code and when purchasing for it, resulting payment is more expensive than getting a new book. Delivery was right on time for Fall semester."

Not an easy purchase

"Ordered a course book for my daughter. My first order was cancelled 4 hours after placing the order. I called customer service, she could not give a reason for cancellation, however reordered the book, requiring another payment, the first was not refunded for a full 7 business days, the less than helpful and even less polite customer service rep assured me it would be refunded in no more than 3 days. After verifying the shipping address 3 times, the book was still shipped to the wrong address. Took 2 weeks to receive a book being shipped only 4 hours away. Glad I ordered early. The product did arrive in excellent condition. "

Slow shipping.

"The price was good but I ordered my book on 8/11/17 and it is now 8/21/17 and my book is still about 4 days away. I paid the 5-7 day shipping and now realize I should have paid the fastest shipping method. However choosing the fastest shipping method would make the book just as expensive as getting it somewhere else. I gave it three stars because the price was good but as far as shipping is concerned I'd give it less."

Probably will not use again

"I ordered the book I needed for Comp II later than I should have. I ordered it on 6 Aug 2017. I checked various sites looking for the site with the best deal and (what I thought) was the shortest time receiving the book. Boy was I wrong. It was the best price and I read that it should be shipped in 3-5 business days. That was great since I needed it soon. I ordered it on Sunday, 6 Aug. Five business days would be 11 Aug and I needed it for class on 14 Aug. I waited 7 business days, Tuesday 15 Aug, before calling to ask where the book was. I was then told it is 3-5 shipping days from when ecampus.com receives the book and that they had not received it. I had a trip planned and the book had not arrived by the 16th, While away from, I think the book has arrived at my house. Luckily, I did not need this book the first week. "

The WORST EXPERIENCE

"The company canceled 3 different orders placed for my high school students for ridiculous reasons without taking the time to contact me first. When I called to inquire about the transactions the rep was BEYOND RUDE. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told I'd get a callback in 1 day. She called back and was JUST AS NASTY. My refunds are taking upwards of 5 days while the charges are placed immediately. Will Never use again "
