"I was excited to find a textbook at such an affordable price, but the book was not even shipped. I received an email stating the order had been confirmed, and then a few days later another email saying the order had been cancelled because their system "recognized irregularities in my payment information." The transaction did go through my bank, and a few days later I was refunded. Happy that I got a full refund, upset that I did not receive the book. Unfortunately, I am not likely to use this website again to purchase books because of this experience."
