"I searched several book stores as well as online to find the least expensive books, eCampus.com was #1. All my books arrived as promised, I purchased as well as rented from eCampus.com. I had one issue with one of my rentals the book arrived and the cover is torn and the it overly worn out but it's still usable. I immediately contacted eCampus.com via chat and they were very professional and guaranteed if I didn't want to keep the rental I could send it back and they would replace it or just give me half off my rental price. I kept the rental I just took a picture and made sure they are aware I didn't tear the book. I'm confident they will take care of me at the end of the semester when I return the rental. I will continue to search eCampus.com for my book need. "
"Overall I was very happy with ecampus. The only thing I was not happy with is I bought a used book and there was quite a bit of writing in it. I expected some of course but this was more than I had expected. My new book came sealed in plastic. Prices are very affordable for college students."
"It took three orders followed by cancellations due to falsely advertised "In Stock" to make me abandon his website altogether. If it's not in stock, say it's not in stock. Don't take the customer's money then inform them via email the order was canceled due to not having the product. Most people need their books by a certain deadline. I would choose any site but this one to get what you need."
