Great service

"The 3 books purchased were in excellent condition and very affordable. The 3.99 shipping/book was more than each of the books themself. I would have paid $52 for paperback books that costs me only $21 for 2 paperback & 1 hardcover including shipping and didn't have to leave my home. This is a great service."

False Advertising

"I ordered a book and received a confirmation email indicating I was charged and the book would be shipped soon. Days later I received an email cancelling the order claiming the seller didn't have the book. I searched for the book again and it is still listed on ecampus' site. I contacted the seller, who didn't have the decency to even respond to my email answering whether they had the book or not. All e-campus did was offer me a pathetic 5% off my next order -- what an insult!"

Difficult but worth it!

"After attempting to purchase a textbook the first time on this site I had an error that was not explained to me. My book purchase was canceled and refunded and made it seem as if I had an issue with my card so I used another card. The second time I attempted to purchase my textbooks I had the same issue and it took longer to receive this refund. After I called and spoke to someone who helped me figure out my purchase order and personal information given the purchase was confirmed and my books are on their way. I was frustrated to start off this way with a new website but am so happy with the results as the pricing on the books saved me a good deal of money! "

Spent $150 on a book that the company didn't even have

"I bought a textbook from eCampus, and a few days later I got an email saying they didn't have the book, and that they'd refund me within 3-5 business days. If they didn't have the book in the first place, it SHOULD NOT have been listed on the website. It's Friday, so now I've got to wait a week for them to refund my money that they should have never charged! Then, they offered a 5% off code for my troubles. First of all, 5% is hardly anything. Second of all, why would I ever buy a book from them again? My advice to you: use a more reputable site!"

Expidated does not mean a thing!!

"On Friday, June 30, I ordered 4 books. I paid extra for the expidated shipping because I needed them by July 8. After submitting the order, the notice says it usually takes 3 to 4 business days to ship these items. I would not have placed the order had I known that upfront! I called on July 3, because they are closed on Saturdays, to verify that I will get them by July 8 and I was not given a definitive answer. I told her I would need to cancel my order. Sabrina told me she could not cancell 2 of my books because the order has been sent to the publisher. I was told that "Heather" a manager for the call center will give me a call back. She said there was no contact information she could give me, so that I could cancell the other 2 books that want be here within 3 to 4 days. I can return them, but I want be refunded for the expidated shipping fee. Waited on hold, listening to background music for her to tell me this. "

Last minute ship out and shipping.

"This is my third time ordering from this website and I will not ever order from them again. All three times, they literally wait until the "day of deadline" to ship my item(s) out and for me to receive them. For example, I placed an order on Monday, and it didn't ship until the following Monday. I paid extra (upgraded to faster shipping), and it shows that it was shipped via UPS surepost and should receive in 5 business days! Even though the shipment time says "between 1-5 business days for arrival" I would think ecampus would not go the "cheap" route and instead "up" the customer service a tad bit so I won't have to wait so long for my damn textbooks... 2 weeks for books for summer class session is way too damn slow!"

Accessible and Convenient

"eCampus had the textbook I needed, available in a digital format, for rent at a cheaper price than any physical used copy, even if rented. So far, it has been incredibly easy to access, and has proved to be more beneficial than a physical copy. I will definitely continue to add to my eBookshelf! "
