"My experience with ECampus was completely and utterly ridiculous. I ordered my first set of books and after 2 days i got the order confirmation, then 2 days later i received an email saying my order was canceled. After emailing and calling customer service twice i got a refund and repeated the process only to have my order cancelled again. ECampus may seem like a great website but i believe its a scam. somewhere else is your best and most reliable bet to save money on books"
"We purchased a used textbook, which we understood could have some writing and marks in it. Well, the book was COMPLETELY USED. Every "fill in the blank" space had been filled in with ink, and in some places red marker. There was no way for our student to learn from the material, as the answers were always filled in. So we decided to return the book. Then we learning that our refund would be minus a restocking fee - it was frustrating to be charged a significant "restocking" fee for a book that we had in our possession for less than one day and school hasn't even started yet. The price of "restocking" was almost 50% of what we paid for the book. We should have taken note of this in the fine print, but it is a ridiculous charge. How hard is it to put a small softcover book back on the shelf? We will likely not be using this vendor again."
