"I ordered a laptop for my birthday , I was so happy that I placed the order . The day my order was supposed to be delivered I got an email saying they don't take international credit cards . If they had just stated that on the website clearly I could've used a different card . Very disappointed "
"PC was exactly as ordered. Shipped in the time frame given. Phone support was easy to deal with. Read some reports that they were hard to reach. I did not have problems when I made sure I called in posted hours for their time zone"
"Like other reviews suggested, I contacted them by phone. They were very nice and I had no trouble getting a hold of them. I had ordered a laptop from them instead of Amazon because I was promised a "free gift" headphones as a bonus item. I should have just ignored the gift and purchased from Amazon. There is no way to cancel the order yourself from their website. So you must call them to cancel and get your money refunded. I waited a full week for my item to ship. It never did, it just continued to say "processing". I talked to them on the phone and they said they had no idea when their supplier would ship them the laptop, hence why they were still waiting to ship my order. I figure they are trustworthy and you would eventually get your item OR they would eventually cancel your order and refund the money. But it's just not worth the wait. They need to be honest about what they have in stock and how long it might take to ship. They are selling things that are not in stock and they have no idea when they will be in stock again when you call. There is nothing on their website that mentions what the current stock is or wait time or anything."

"I am satisfied with excaliber pc. I knocked a star off only for the fact that I had to call to inquire about my order after 5 days when I didn't get a shipping notification. They then sent it 3 day priority after the call, which was fine but if I didn't call to inquire, I'm not sure how long it may have taken..."
"I ordered a ASUS Zenbook and wanted it shipped quickly, so I spent extra money for both expediting and for FedEx overnight.
It didn't come when I expected it. I called the company and found out it hadn't been shipped yet, but upon hearing my story, the gentleman refunded a portion of my money and also made sure the computer was prepped and sent out that afternoon.
Overall, though I wasn't happy about not getting my computer when I expected, I was happy with the actions of the company to try to make it right. Being able to actually talk to someone who can make something happen is a pleasant change compared to most companies you talk to these days."

Cons - Their chat service in website is not great and reaching customer service was tricky but I was able to reach them after couple of retries.

"This is the third laptop I have bought from ExCaliber. The last 2 I had no problems with at all, but unfortunately this laptop had a defective battery that would not charge. I worked with the manufacturer and they said it was a factory issue so opened an RMA at ExCaliber which stated they would respond with 24 hours. Obviously this wasn't ExCaliber's fault....factory issues happen.
I didn't get a reply within 2 days, so I called and they accepted the return/replace RMA request. The biggest complaint here is how slow FedEx ground delivery is (1 week for me to get the PC, 1 week to return to them and we will see how long it takes to get back). I couldn't justify paying big $$ for shipping since this was a large purchase for me. Likely will have been 3.5 weeks after initial purchase until I get a functioning laptop."
"I got to ignore most of my awful family because I "had to" install new software on my laptop "for work". Between having my mouth full anytime a drunk uncle told me his opinion or just being in the office "working" I got through the holidays without throwing a punch. I think it was the best Thanksgiving yet.
Totally worth the price. I hope to do something similar with Excaliber next year."
"It took them a couple days to actually ship the laptop I ordered, but I did add an ssd and more ram, but still figured it would ship the next day. Either way, they did a good job and at a very good price. I was a little worried about their return policy as you are required to pay shipping BOTH WAYS if you change your mind....I ordered a laptop from Amazon and Excaliber, luckily, I'm happy with this one from Excaliber and Amazon was an easy return."
"Their customer service team does not define it's title. I had a very unpleasant experience with them. It turned out they cannot make a deal I have asked for. I have sent a nice email asking to take a look at my existing order and reconsider some of the items. The lady over the phone didn't even bother to read the whole email, just made the decision instantly upon reading the first line. I have canceled my order and I regret I have ever chose to waste my time with them. This is ridiculous."
