"I ordered a customized ZenBook UX310UA, and I was impressed by the level of detail they include in the order status. They include serial numbers to parts as well as how much RAM they added to the built-in amount to reach the desired quantity of RAM. The product was took a few days to ship and a few days to arrive, roughly 1.5 weeks total from the time of purchase to the time I received it (using standard free ground shipping). The product is exactly as ordered, and I love it! I would definitely recommend the ZenBook, especially from ExcaliberPC if you want it customized but don't feel like cracking open the laptop yourself."

"This is by far the worst online shopping experience I've had. Like literally the worst. And that says alot, considering I don't only shop on Amazon, but also on China websites like Taobao and eBay. And I dare say even a eBay seller will do a better job than them. Firstly, their customer service is almost non-existence. Their 'live chat' was never online, and when told to email them, they NEVER reply. I made my purchase and payment nevertheless. Nothing got processed for 2 weeks. "I was ecstatic when the laptop came. Pulled it out immediately and started getting my games on it. That's when problems hit. The hard drive feels almost incapable. Loading my games was pretty much out of the question even. I play games such as Warthunder and Warframe and neither of these games can load on it in an acceptable time frame.
I like the monitor, and the fact that it has a 1060 but I can't make use of these assests if I can't even load my games. Hours of online research on the issue turned up nothing too.
The only reason at this point I feel, that it has a 3/5 is because of the monitor and card. (When magically one day, it loaded Warthunder and I played a bit).
Other than that, I'm hoping I haven't had the full, hopefully better, experience yet. "
"I tried to buy this product through many sellers but payment from India was not possible as most of the debit/credit cards are not accepted by amazon or paypal. ExcaliberPC provided me a very convenient wire transfer payment method and the shipping after payment was very fast and I got a great deal of assistance from the customer Support when needed.

"On a Thursday, I spoke with customer service after ordering a laptop with a custom hard drive. I was told it would not ship until the following Tuesday since it was customized. If I would have known this in the first place I would have simply installed the component myself. The customer service rep assured me it would be shipped with 2 day shipping since I was having to wait so long for it to initially even ship out. Too bad that didn't happen. It didn't ship until the following Wednesday and then didn't arrive until the Monday after that with express saver shipping. I ordered on 10/6 and did not receive my laptop until 10/17. It was not worth the wait. "

"I ordered a laptop from EXcaliberPC but did not receive it for almost a month. First they put a 'holding charge' on my credit card which fell off after a couple days. They emailed me to ask if my address was correct to which I replied it was. It wasn't until I called them that they 'accepted' my address. The customer service representative seemed to want to rush me off the phone :( I was also trying to understand where the windows product key was located to which she told me it was in the BIOS (false, I had to find a script to extract it myself). Does anyone monitor the email over there ? I emailed a couple questions beforehand which came unanswered.
The customer service representative informed me that the reason that the laptop took so long to ship was due to it being 'custom made' ... which , technically , ok ... but the only after-market modification was the solid state drive being added. The laptop itself is well designed by ASUS and a great product. I just wish that this 'custom made' laptop would have came with some of the bloatware taken off, or installed the windows updates.
Don't expect a recovery cd/usb to come with your product, even if you ask for one :(
Bottom line: Solid product , just don't expect it to come anytime soon. "
